So far tried eating one... Eating two before meals... After meals...even tried the dissolving the powder and drinking it up..-all of the above with lots of water- feeling constipated. And hunger hasn't decreased-any advise?

I'm able to use 3x per day and I have a sensitive stomach. I point this out because some reviewers have had issues using as often and prefer 1x day. I mainly ordered these to help slow down my eating at night. They definitely make me feel fuller longer with no side effects. As recommended, I drink probably 6-8oz of water when I take each one. They are worth a try. I would suggest to start with 1x day and work your way up to 3x day.
