I don't have a super detailed review for this. It does exactly what it's supposed to do. I have a little trouble putting it on as I have wide wrists and have to undo the band completely to get it around, but other than that it's super easy to use. I plan on getting one with an stretchable wrist band like someone I know has, but until then I don't regret this purchase and will always have this one on backup just in case it's needed, or placed into a kit for my PC.

I like this simple ground strap. Easy to use and no harm to expensive computer parts. One static spark is all it takes! Good quality and just throw it in you pocket.

Simple and plain it just does its job. Im a big man and my wrist is pretty big and it fit me fine.

It does work for ESD purposes, but I didn't realise in buying it that the strap is just velcro; it's not elastic. So putting it on & off your wrist is relatively tedious. I strongly suggest buying an elastic one instead - there are plenty of such options here on Amazon.

I am an engineer and also into IT. This is going onto our server rack so out of curiosity, I used my amprobe and tested it. The pieces are not connected and will not work. I was disgusted so I tested each piece and went down the line. The wire from the alligator clip to the bracelet snap is not connected at the bracelet snap, so it is NOT grounding anything. I dissected it and further tested it and sure enough, no connections.

The two ends of the product that I received have no electrical connection.The unit provides no static protection at all!!!! So glad I tested.
