I will have to syringe this....will it go in the syringe easily or is it super thick?

I have another gel from this company and it is really thick. I haven't used this one yet, but I'm sure it's going to be the same consistency considering the reviews and the item description. Anyway, I have cats and they hate medication and will not participate in the process willing. I have found that using a little 1ml syringe fits in the spout and if I squeeze it and pull the syringe(no needle) it will fill right up. Then I hide it behind my back and attack with the medication. I have to work fast, they seem to communicate to their brethren lol. I also will put some in their cheek if asleep. They just lick and keep on sleeping.  Hehehe.

will this help a kittens appetite who,s not eatting on his own?

I only use this cause my little poodle will not eat dog food...only people food..and he lacks vitamins he would get in dog food. This is a great supplement..he likes the taste, a tip of my finger full every morning. Not sure, but it is for cats as well...Dusty's appetite never was an issue so I don't know if it helps their appetite improve..but he is now getting what he needs...I have bought it twice now and it last a long time and is a great price....hope this helps...

It really depends on the size, age and breed of your dog. However, squeeze about a half inch to one inch on your finger and let the dog lick it off. If he won't take it, which is very unlikely, just put it in the side of his mouth. Nutri-Cal is amazing!!!

Is this supposed to liq brow and oily?  I took the tube and mashed it around and it did finally come out as a paste. My puppy didn't like the taste at

I give this to my 18 year old kitty every day and he loves it. It should come out easily and should have the consistency of hair gel. If you had to mash it around and it was "pasty" I would say you got a bad tube.
