At last, a solid, well made epoxy gun that works! After I installed three handsome custom railings in my house, I had to epoxy each wrought iron spindle in place. The epoxy gun was plastic and broke after three or four applications. Big box stores didn't have a comparable applicator and their epoxy systems were super expensive and did not work well. So, I ordered other epoxy guns -- all expensive, all plastic and all quickly broken. After stewing for a year or so, I finally returned to find a workable epoxy application system and this is what I found! It works fantastically!! After taping off the spindles I finished two of the three railings in less than an hour. The instructions are clear -- do not apply too much pressure or risk rupturing the epoxy tube(s). The epoxy itself is opaque, thick enough to apply to the top of spindles without running and of high quality. I had ample time to carefully empty four tubes of epoxy without it becoming too thick to dispense and 24 hours later the railing was solid as a rock. This system may seem expensive, but the other epoxy systems would have cost me up to 10 times as much and would have taken days longer to complete. When applying epoxy, that is the wrong time to discover the applicator is too flimsy to do the job. Other metal epoxy applicators may work as well (I haven't tried them) and may be cheaper, but they cannot be better. Plus the plastic epoxy applicators are a waste of time and money. I prefer working about my projects, not my tools. I will continue to use the PC Products epoxy applicator on my home projects and recommend it to hobbyists, craftsmen and DIY folks who need to apply epoxy reliably, quickly and accurately.

Product works very well! It's expensive, but all good epoxy adhesive is.

Used on replacing stair balusters. Worked great. Pretty sure they will have to be drilled out now. Little bit of run on top. Isn’t thin. I’m just not that good with it.

The epoxy is very strong, but the best part is the applicator. It self mixes so it's not you and a scrap piece of wood trying to mix and jam the epoxy wherever you need it. It's a pleasure to use and put exactly as much epoxy as you need exactly where you want it without a mess or getting it on your hands. You will want to group your jobs together so that you can do as much at once as possible. You can re-use the cap when you are done to save unused epoxy still in the tube, but you cannot reuse the mixing tips. You will also waste whatever epoxy is left in the mixing tip when you remove it.

Cured product is as expected. It will dry mostly white and light can be seen although you cant see through it. Mixing properly is a bit hard. I only had about 5-8 minutes for a small plate full spread out evenly on a 85 degrees day.

I'm on my third or fourth order and this is the only Epoxy Glue (EG) I use. I use a fair amount of EG around the house and this stuff has been perfect. It seems to be very shelf-stable between uses and the "kick-time" makes working with it fairly easy. (Remember: EG will kick MUCH faster in hot weather - mixing it and then spreading it out in a thin layer on your mixing board will give you more work time.) If you need a sturdier support bond you can mix in some shredded fiberglass. Takes and holds paint well.

Turns to Steel once hardened. Love the metal gun. Solid product.

Used for precision injection into overhead holes for a wood railing with steel balusters. The epoxy mixes well in the tip and the control was perfect. Lived that it came in a kit with two mixing/injection nozzles per epoxy tube (no need to buy extra tubes.) Very pleased with the epoxy open and setup time and the great control the trigger and gun provided.
