how long do batteries last?

I have had this scale since Feb. 2020 and have now changed the batteries 4 times and once again I stepped on the scale this morning and lost 20+ pounds since yesterday. I will likely replace them one last time before giving up altogether

Is it possible to remove the Inevifit logo from the scale (ie. is it a label that can be peeled off)? Thank you.

How long does this scale give you to stabilize yourself before it freezes on a number? Elderly take time to balance themselves.

I must stand this scale for storage after use. Will doing that create an accuracy problem? Would the company answer this before I buy?
