Acupressure Pillow - Black/Acupuncture Pillow for Neck Pain Relief Treatment

I keep mine in my car and use it during my commute to loosen my neck and shoulders.

I was having a lot of issues with stiff muscles on top of the problems that took me to physical therapy.I use this for 15-30 mins while watching TV and I definitely notice a difference in the pain and tenseness in my muscles. I also use the mat for my back before bed and I can say the same thing about it.Its definitely an intense feeling if you're not used to it and it could be considered uncomfortable and if so I recommend starting off with a cloth or clothing on top of it I lay on it now with no barrier and it works much better

This is awesome. Literally relievers pain in 20 minutes. Would highly recommend. I've suffered for 10 years from neck pain using 800 mg ibuprofen to no avail- and this used consistently helps. You will notice a difference the first time you use it. I don't know how it works but it does. I was ready to try anything, icy hot with lidocaine didn't even work anymore. This was a life saver.

I have a lot of muscle spasms and pain and generally find acupressure quite helpful. I love to lay on hard spiky balls and was really looking forward to trying this pilliow. But these spikes are so hard and pointy that I can't even endure them and certainly can't lay on them long enough to enjoy the kind of release that I typically get from acupressure. The pillow seems to be good quality but is just of no use to me.

Totally into acupressure. This is an added addition to my mat!! Zipper broke when taking cover off. Still usable. Not a deal breaker.
