RIG 400HS Stereo Gaming Headset for PS4 with Noise-Cancelling Mic and Performance Audio (Renewed)

Headset arrived and was functional. I noticed several days later that I have bugs. Having been thru this before and having eradicated them with thermal remediation I know up to when the package arrived we Didn't Have Bed Bugs. I checked the packaging and saw the Bed bugs in and on the cardboard. My house is now infested. I have contacted vAnazon and the seller. I am still waiting on a acceptable resolution.

Great sound and microphone quality and it's a comfortable fit. I like the fact you can unplug the mic too. The speakers being able to pop off the headband was a funny surprise. It really comes in handy when I pack things up to go somewhere. This headset is so good, My mom got one, my sister, and of course me!

Detachable mic did not work with the headset, the audio is fine, but I wanted to use this headset to talk with my friends over Playstation. When I looked up how to fix it, everything I saw said that I was just plugging the mic in wrong, when I have tried every possible method of plugging in the mic to no avail. I attempted to contact the customer service for Plantronics and I was greeted with an automated message that just hung up on me within 30 seconds.

I bought this headset for my broke ass friend, so he could get in our party on PlayStation Network. It specifically says in the Title, for PS4.. I thought it would work because i bought a RIG 400 for my Xbox1; and i could plug it into my PS4 dual shock controllers. But when my friend plugs in the RIG 400HS it is pretty bad. Don't know why; just does. kinda pissed about it.

Item worked for a bit then stopped working. Tried to work it out with seller and they basically said, sorry out of warranty.never buying from this seller again and never buying a used headset again.Beware!

Great audio and quality at an affordable price

Overall great product. Just wish the description was better. Did have some issues at first but they were user error not headset.

Estan muy chulos, muy livianos, pero sin el micrófono que pex amazonias?!?! Esta en chino mandarín encontrar el microfono en linea, si no te importa comprar otro genérico compralos ya porque si están baratos para la calidad y comodidad que tienen.

Muy buenos auriculares, comodos, frescos, tiene mayor dispersion del calor comparado con otros equipos, control de volumen y mute para tu micro
