Wohome Replacement Remote for soundbar S9920 and S9920 Pro (Version 3)

Unfortunately this was the 2nd replacement remote that was ordered within a week's time, and neither of the remotes worked. Batteries were new and correctly installed. Uncertain as to the issue but apparently the remote for the S9920 model has problems. The remote was to be used for a S9920 soundbar ordered Dec 2018. Would be interested in knowing whether the remote issue can be fixed.

Bought this replacement because my dog decided to chew my old one. Couldn't find any other replacement since the reviews for this product seemed to be hit and miss if it worked or not. It does not work. Put in new batteries and nothing. Added the picture to show that I indeed bought the correct version.

No, no it does not work. The speaker bar works fine but do you honestly want to get up every time you want to adjust the volume or change settings? it's best to invest in something that works entirely.
