Follow instructions carefully.
I am a motor engineer and i have used this a few times on mine and customers cars. This is the best mirror glue you can buy but you must follow the instructions carefully, it's important!Maybe follow the tutorial on you tube, but it's easy to use.Use it on a warm windscreen not in a cold place. It is a good product.

Doesn't stick
Waste of time! Followed the instructions to a T wouldn't stick held it for about 15 minutes till my arm got fed up. The glue was still as runny as when I put it on the glass, I wouldn't recommend this product. Found an old tube of clear silicone sealer in the depths of the shed and used that instead.......... it is still attached to the windscreen now 'result'

Easy & very Strong
It is so easy to apply. Clear instructions. I used it to stick my main rear view mirror. I did it when it was extremely cold outside. I put my car heater on, cleaned my wind screen and the metal piece of the mirror to be stuck on it. Remeber to make small grooves on the surface of that metal piece as adhesive will not work properly on smooth surfaces. It has been more than a month since I stuck my mirror and it is absolutely dead solid and strong. On top of that it is so cheap. to buy.

Rubbish - Don't waste your money.
Unfortunately, can't give this zero stars. It didn't work for me. I followed the instructions to the letter, and there wasn't a hint of adhesion. There were some positive reviews for this as well as some bad ones. I gave it the benifit of doubt because it was cheap. I wish I hadn't! You get what you pay for I suppose. For me it was a complete waste of money.

Great product!
Brilliant, highly recommend. Our rear view mirror fell off and hopped straight onto Amazon to look for a glue especially for it. Took abit of a gamble because we did see some bad reviews but in our case it has worked absolutely perfect. I even applied it whilst it was snowing although I did leave the heating on for abit to warm the cabin up. I would definitely recommend this.

Followed instructions exactly yet it failed even after me holding the mirror for 5 minutes
saw all the negative reviews and thought "ha! I bet i can do it"Followed the instructions exactly, applied the activator to the mirror and the windscreen, then applied the glue to the back of the mirror, held the mirror in place for ages but the glue never dried, after about 10 minutes the glue was starting to set but still would not hold the mirror, tried over and over to get it to stick but in the end i gave up! the glue was still tacky after an hour! wiped the patch of tack to try to get it off the windscreen and it smeared it's way along the screen and then dried :/ not good at all! Avoid!

Did Not Work
Did not work following instructions.

Easy, effective and affordable.
Worked as advertised. Instructions were clear, prepped the window, worked well to place the cleaner/activator, a little glue, pressure for 30 seconds, voila! Stuck there overnight to fully harden and placed mirror. We will see how long it lasts but showing no signs of issues in the first few weeks.Good luck with your mirror!

Cheap fix
My rear view mirror fell off. Bummer. It looked like the back of the mirror had a circle of metal foil of something that was still attached to the glass, while the mirror was just solid metal. And this stuff looked like it would do the job.And it did. I smeared one of the tubes all over one side, then mixed in the other tube. Held the mirror in place for about 10 minutes (wasn't fun), let go - and it didn't fall. The next day, taking the car out for a drive, I didn't even think about being gentle before adjusting the mirror, and everything stayed on perfectly. So, the 6 or 7 bucks did the job. Recommended.

Works but needs better instructions.
This product flat out works and was really inexpensive compared to other adhesives. There were many complaints, but I believe those people did not know how to use the product. The instructions were bad.1) clean off old residue on both windshield and the metal part of the rearview mirror with acetone. Let it dry. Use Glass Plus or other window cleaner afterwards and let it dry.2) Do not try to install the rearview mirror as a whole assembly. Remove the metal attachment that is attached by a screw.3) Make sure the orientation of that metal attachment is correct! Otherwise your rearview mirror will be upside down when you reattach it.4) Then just follow the directions. Reposition the white paper cover of the activator tube to its other end. Crack the glass to soak the applicator sponge within the activator tube. Apply the activator (wet sponge end) to both the metal side of the metal attachment that will attach to the windshield, as well as, the corresponding area of the windshield. Wait one minute.Meanwhile compress the plastic adhesive tube repeatedly to mix it. Tear open the adhesive tube. Apply five small drops only to the metal side of the metal attachment that will attach to the windshield. Do not apply the adhesive to the glass. Then press the metal attachment to the windshield and hold for one - two minutes tightly. Wait overnight.Put the rearview mirror assembly on to that metal attachment and screw it back on.The adhesive works as intended.
