Larry Gets Lost in Los Angeles

I love this book. My husband and I both grew up in LA and so did our parents and grandparents, so these landmarks have been "home" for us and our families for generations. I love reading it with my toddler son and familiarizing him with different parts of the city. Very helpful, as he definitely remembers when we pass by or go to some of the locations in the book. He always yells "Pete!" I get these books now for all my friends who have kids that live in one of the cities featured in the series, so they can do the same for their kids in their hometowns.

My younger brother and sister love these books. I started with Larry Gets Lost in Seattle and continued buying these books with every city I traveled to so that they could see some of the places I'd visited. They make sure to have Larry get lost in some very key places in LA and illustrate places like the Staples Center in great detail.

My grandson had spent 3 weeks in LA this summer, so I felt this was the ideal book. It gave us a lot to talk about that he remembered from his trip. He went all the same places Larry did, but he had a GPS so he didn't get lost. His advice to Larry was that his mom should get a GPS so he doesn't get lost again.

Such a cute book! Arrived in perfect condition! Highly recommend.

I absolutely love Larry Gets Lost series. The book not only has great graphics but it is also educational. It has tons of information about Los Angeles that a tourist would like to know about. Great for children and adults.

Perfect gift for anyone who lives in LA and wants to share what is wonderful about this city with children who live in or outside this city. I brought 2 copies for friends children in England and plan to buy more.
