does a great job on respiratory conditions. because it is mainly common herbs/spices (except for bamboo) you can use without fear of adverse side effects.

Too finely ground. The way I take this churna is to mix it with a bit of honey and eat it. This particular powder is too lightweight and dusty. When I try to stir it into the honey, no matter how gentle and slow I am, it puffs up into my face, causing to sneeze, cough and gag.

not a good one. too much sugar & cinnamon….had lots of sitopoladi c h u r n a. this one is not a good blend. not enough long pepper.
