Tablets of magnesium has a lot of fillers and chemicals. They were doing more harm causing upset stomach. When i saw the ingridents in this product it metions none (only pure magnesium). Noticed a huge difference in my mental clarity and condiderably deceresed my migranes. I just mix 2 scoops in water and feel amazing. No artifical flavors or sweeteners. On my way to order second time. Very effextive.

This is a very good source of magnesium ,pure ,clean with no additives or capsule shells.It helps with relaxation and sleep .The only downside is the taste which is expected as this is not a flavored magnesium,this is pure original taste.Personally I don’t mind the taste ,I drink it down and forget about the taste .one has the option to add it to juices if you wish ,but then there are many other brands with flavored options.

رغم ان المنتج كويس ولو تلاحظوا كمية الماغنيسيوم المثالية لكل جرعة، وتقارنوها بالكبسولات، فهذا المكمل يفوز بالتوفير والكمية، لكن اكبر مشكلة واجهتني هي الطعم والشعور بعد البلع، اذا تقدر تتحمل الطعم فأنت محظوظ، انا لم اتقبل لا الطعم ولا الشعور بعد البلع اللي يجي فالحلق. نصيحتي جمع شوية واشتري الكبسولات، صحيح اقل فائدة وأقل كمية وتحتوي مكونات إضافية زايدة، لكن الصراحة الطعم عائق كبير

I agree with everyone who complains how horrible this tastes. I disagree with the person who says it is "medicine" and not supposed to taste like candy. First, it is not medicine, it is a supplement. Second, I don't think anyone expected this to taste like candy. I have had many supplements that don't taste horrible. Anyway, to be able to drink this without gagging, I take ice water, add a little lemon juice and a good teaspoon of maple syrup, stir it up and then add a scoop of this powder and stir it up again. It is more palatable. I did try it in a cup of hot tea with agave, and it only made my tea taste disgusting. When I am done with this container, I am going to purchase one of the flavored ones. Yes, it is more expensive because they add flavoring, but I'm spending money on trying to mix it with something else anyway. As far as whether the magnesium helps me -- I started using this because of getting muscle cramps in my legs every night. It seems since I've started taking it, the leg cramps have almost stopped. I purchased the powder because the tablets are too big. Sometimes I can swallow the tablet, but sometimes I start gagging and then cannot swallow them at all. Also, don't be fooled by other brands that state their magnesium is 200 mg or 400 mg. You have to look at how many mg "as magnesium glycinate." This brand is clear on its label what you are actually getting!

U wont recommend this to anyone , it taste absloutly horrible , fishy , stinky I feel like throwing up every time i used it
