I'm in a group that holds a monthly potluck based around a particular cookbook (or theme) of the hosts choosing. At the last one, I noticed that some dishes could really have used more salt and/or pepper. We've been holding it at a clubhouse, and there were no salt and pepper shakers. I'm hosting the next one at the clubhouse, and I wanted to put some shakers on each table of 4-6 people. I wanted something inexpensive, but not cheap-looking. I also wanted something small, and at 2" tall, these are perfect for a once-every-other-month gathering. I didn't want something too big to lug around to each event. I'm going to pass these along for future hosts to use.

Very cute! I bought for a wedding, and they'll be perfect! I was a little nervous to buy because I'd read that some people received broken items, but all of mine were perfectly intact when I got them! The packaging leaves a lot to be desired though - I definitely understand how they could break. It's a miracle none of mine were broken.

Very cute. Used Thanksgiving for personal shakers. Took a star away because all the holes the same...usually different sizes for salt and pepper. And the holes are very big. Salt pours out.

They arrived just as promised. They were packaged very well to insure that they didn’t break. They’re too cute and will look great at my wedding reception.

I liked that it was glass and the size.I'm giving these to my granddaughter for Wedding reception. She loves them and will order another 24. So see can have two set on the row table. We still are waiting for the final count.The service was fast on the delivery. We are very please. Very happy we found them on line.

Have not used these yet, as I got them for Christmas dinner where we usually have at least 30 people. They look great though and don't anticipate any problems with them.

Love the salt and pepper shakers! All of the lids work, as they screw on an off without problems. I gave a one star, because the description stated it comes with an "Essential Dining Table Refillable Tool". It did not!!! The refillable tool, which I'm guessing since I don't have it, is probably a very small funnel to help fill up the salt and pepper shakers as they have very small openings. I don't like paying for a product that doesn't come with everything stated it comes with!!

We use these on each table for parties and fill them with pink salt and fine ground pepper. People always remark on them. Details make the party!PS: before you store them, remember to take the tops off of the ones you fill with salt or empty them as they will corrode the tops if you store them with the lids on!
