Overall I think this is a very good product. It has helped me lose a bit of weight and is filling for intermittent fasting. Taste is rather good with a high level of protein. A bit pricey, but definately worth a try! 4 to 4.5 Stars.

I like the taste of this protein shake, it does have that "diet" taste to it but not bad. A great way to get 30g of protein for a decent price. I have also ordered the Chocolate flavor and it has a good flavour also.

Premier protein shake, Cafe Latte flavor. This is a winner! Great Flavor, smooth texture. Give it credit, it is NOT a real shake. So don't criticize it for not tasting exactly like one. I wouldn't be using them if they didn't taste good, and they exceeded my expectations. They have a variety of flavors. I want to try the Cookie Dough one, but so far that has been available in the 12 packs only. Packed with protein, vitamins, minerals and nutrients. A little pricey for the amount you get. The quality is good. I use it for meal replacements, and it helps control appetite for something sweet. I am on a diet and medication to help with it. And i got these to try, and help make sure I get the proper nutrition. So I recommend whether you are on a regular diet and exercise, or getting a little help from medication to replace a meal, or supplement your diet.

It’s quite a value, especially if you get it on sale. It has a lot of protein compared to how much money they are charging or how much you would pay for other protein drinks. I use it as a sort of flavoring in my coffee in the morning, so I don’t add extra sugar and milk. I buy a couple different kinds I rotate depending on what’s on sale. This café latte flavor has the best flavor to go into the coffee or to drink alone cold it’s the closest to a coffee flavor without the aftertaste. You could mix it with some ice and cold coffee and a blender and it would be very similar to a coffee house cold brew with extra protein and much much cheaper. I have tried getting the powder premier protein because per ounce. It is cheaper than the ready-made drinks in a container. However, I never could get the Premier protein powder to blend as well whether I did it hot or cold so I use these ready-made drinks instead and just mix them in my coffee.

I got the vanilla this time.. I also get the banana, lemon, sometimes peach, rarely pumpkin spice. Premier is a good brand for a protein drink. It doesn't taste chalky or have a funky after taste. I also add them to cereal instead of milk. You can also mix it in with a home made milk shake or fruit smoothie just make sure there's nothing too acidic in the smoothie like yellow kiwi or it will curdle. I've had no stomach issues drinking premiere. It's small enough to conveniently slip in your purse. If you're using this as a meal replacement then drink it BEFORE you get really hungry or you'll be looking for more. The trick is to drink it at the top of when you think you're getting hungry if you want to use it as a meal replacement. It's also 1g of sugar, so it's great for (pre)diabetics. It's not bitter & there's no funky aftertaste. The over all calories aren't high either!
