Simple to use as all JG Speedfit are, deceiving picture as it shows two valves when you actually get one.

thought I would get two as shown in the picture it was only after checking when the service valve arrived that i found you only get one i the packet. very expensive for a single valve.

It is easy to fit and it stops the flow of water. Pretty much exactly what this device is for. It does seem a little pricey for what it is hence four stars rather than 5.Also please note there is only one in the pack despite the image showing two. There are two clip on colour temperature indicators so you can choose red clip for hot and blue for cold.

Like several others, I assumed two would arrive due to the misleading picture. Appreciate I should have looked more closely, but do feel slightly cheated and now have to wait for another before I can start the job.

Not really as picture describes, indicates you receive both valves but only get one, waste of money

Very disappointed, it is misleading. The picture shows 2 valves hot and cold and only one turned up. I have had to place another order for a second valve which now costs over £20 just for 2 valves and delays installing the tap.

The product is fine but the implication is ghat you get two valves. Kne red and one blue. I didn't, I only got one.Nowhere in the description does it say if it's one or two valves. BUT the images are of two.In addition if its only one which colour ??I think the details are deceiving.
