A nice toy but very expensive.

Nice toy

This is the cheapest piece of plastic junk. The “screen” is just a piece of thick paper that slides in and out and when you push one key it pushes down a huge section. It literally feels like it will break apart within 5 minutes of playing. Feels like a happy meal toy and definitely not worth the price tag. I bought this for my niece but I will be returning it as I would be embarrassed to give this as a gift.

With working from home now days, she sees me constantly working on my laptop, so of course she asked me to buy her a toy one.Personally, I think it is a toy that is probably good for 3-4 year olds, but I bought it for her because it was pink, it was princess and it was a laptop. Most importantly, my daughter loves this toy laptop, so my opinion doesn't really matter.The only thing she gets frustrated about is that the screen keeps pulling away from the keyboard. There was a tiny zip tie that kept it together at first, but she cut it off one day and now every day I am having to help put the two pieces together. Other than that - it serves its purpose - kid simulation of a "work environment" like mommy. :)

Please read the description carefully before ordering. I ordered this product for my niece and thought it will come with a basic screen. Only upon receiving i found it had a cardboard screen which you can flip and thats it.The good thing is saving some real screen time from children and the keys on the keyboard makes some real keyboard sounds.Overall okay with the product.A good buy if you expect it to be like this.

This toy computer has been a life saver!! Engaging toddler with sounds and buttons along with looking just like “mom’s computer”!!

I was skeptical about this as its obviously not a real laptop or interactive etc. The screen is a cardboard picture that can slide in and out. I kept telling myself, I'm not buying this cheap crap.It was on her wish list and she kept asking for it, begging even. So I ordered it.My 6yo daughter LOVES this thing. Loves it. They keys make sounds when you type and she loves that its pink. She pretends to be a teacher with it. My 4yo son plays with it sometimes too.Is it cheap and prob a waste Haha yes. But... completely worth it as my daughter still plays with it many many months later while other gifts are forgotten. she puts it in her backpack and everything. So totally worth it.

This was just a waste of money, not what I expected at all and way to easy to be damaged!

I want to start by making this clear. It was written in the product description, but I'll write it again. If you want this laptop to put words onscreen, to educate your child in some way, this is not the one to get, there are plenty out there like that. I had trouble finding one that would just let my daughter pretend she was working in an office, or writing a book, or doing exactly what she wanted to pretend, not what someone is teaching her to think. This laptop is a beautiful, small, neat, well made toy, which comes with batteries included. It makes a good number of different sounds to aid imaginative play, and also lights up. Even with its little girl appearance, all our kids love it, and I think I'm going to have to get more, because no one wants to put it down when playing. In my view it is neither overpriced, misleading nor any kind of disappointment, it does what it's meant to do and does it well. All that's needed is a little imagination.

Package arrived and looks good. Only that I was disappointed with the keyboard (just sounds) and that there is no screen but a paper. Marketed for ages above 3. But I can certainly say my 11months old loves it more than the older kid.
