Very good product delivers on volume 100 percent but it is not smudge proof.

See above. I bought it because it was ‘touted’ for thin eyelashes. This mascara is just like any other except it is not smudge proof at all

This product comes with a large applicator head that is flexible. It took me trial and error the first time applying it to my right eyelashes as it is new, fresh, and more fluid in the mascara liquid than my old mascaras I currently have. I applied it to my right eye first and it smudged a bit, therefore, I marked down 1 star on smudge-proof. However, I believe it was user error because when I applied it to my left eye, I had learned from my first eye the best motion technique with the flexibility of the applicator head and I did a much better job. It dries quickly and seems to be smudge proof as I have tested this aspect. There’s a photo that is included with review showing look of application to my left eye. The brush comes to size as I expected it to be and the bottle is rounded and rose gold—super cute added touch (see photo). I would buy it again and it’s a good value for the price. I bought this mascara as I prefer mascara that gives natural look, as is described. It gives a more natural eye lash appearance (no clumps or reapplication needed unless that’s your style). I recommend this product.

Update: I only had the running/smearing problem the first time I tried it. It didn’t happen again. I’m not sure why it occurred. It does continue to flake a little. Overall, I like the product and I am revising my rating.The product isn’t waterproof or even water resistant. If you rub your eyes, it smears on your eye area and fingers. I wouldn’t dismiss it entirely as it has many favorable qualities that I mention below.I have thin, average length lashes. It did lengthen and didn’t clump, as promised. It had a distinctive scent, but it was pleasant. The wand was plump with average length bristles that did the job including the corners.This was easy to remove as it wasn’t waterproof. Pieces came off and then flattened on my skin when water touched it. Definitely a no go for summer activities.The cost was comparable to drug store products and seemed to do a better job with length and non-clumping.I gave it a lower score because it wasn’t waterproof as marketed. That was a selling point for me to try it.

Product is very sticky and does not dry very quick. Easy to smear when first applied. Did not provide length or volume as described.

UPDATE: The seller reached out to me and was very friendly and offered to let me try one of their other mascaras or to get a full refund. I opted for the refund, although the mascara wasn't for me I really appreciated the friendly customer service, therefore the raise in stars is for the customer service.I just didn't care for this mascara at all :-\ it was super goopy and my tube label didn't match the tube in the photos. I also noticed the back of the box packaging has a typo on it so it just makes it seem sketchy plus it has a super strong chemical smell like worse than most mascaras. When I used the mascara it just wasn't impressive at all. My Maybelline lash sensational or Covergirl Lashblast mascaras work way better than this and are both cheaper. Won't be repurchasing.

**The reason I am changing my stars is because the company actually took the time to reach out to me and offer a full refund for my bad experience with this product. Not a lot of companies will do this so major kudos. Great customer service.This is my 2nd day wearing this mascara and I hate it. It goes on super thin so you have to multiple coats on and then it makes it look like I have a total of 10 lashes. In these pictures I even used another mascara to try and thicken it up and they still are so thin. I naturally have thick and long lashes. These look long yes, but as far as volume and thickness go this mascara is horrible.
