Power Rangers Lightning Collection 6" Mighty Morphin Lord Zedd Collectible Action Figure

The looks great and the toy cost less.

Appearing in Season 2 of Power Rangers, Lord Zedd made quite the intro to America. Now Hasbro has done the same with wave 1 of the Power Rangers Lightning Collection. This figure is amazing! The joints move smoothly and nothing feels tight enough to break. That is is a catch 22 sadly on mine. The ball joint hinge is super loose and the head rocks back in forth with hardly any effort. He can hold poses but it is a little annoying. Other than that, again this figure is amazing. He comes with his Staff, the growth grenade, red lighting effect that wraps around the Z on the staff, and two extra hands. That’s really all he needs. The twos may get in the way depending on the pose, but for kids that won’t matter at all.For collectors, Zedd only comes one figure to a case so he’s going to be rare. If you can find two, look at the paint. Mine had a few missing silver spots, but get a silver paint pen and you’ll never notice it.If you find him, get him. You won’t regret it.

Even though the lightning collection are action figures, you will still enjoy this as a figurine collector and especially as a power ranger fan. There hasn't been a Zedd figure since the 90's and this one looks a lot better for such a low price point. Keep in mind, because the Lighting Collection line are action figures, not figurines and since they are sold at such a low price point, in means you are likely to have a figure with quality issues such as noticeable paint issues and possible joint issues. These are designed to be affordable to make and marketed to fans of all ages, not just collectors which is why these issues exist (you might want to try getting these from a actual store so you can look at one before buying to see if it has any ugly paint issues). Regardless, for 20 something bucks, along with some cool box artwork, you will enjoy this figure.

Hi, Nothing much to say about this product, i am happy to say at last there is a figure that captures the look the correct look that Lord Zedd had on the TV show so many years back, of course it had minor issues like any action figure (yeah is not a real adult collector item, sorry) made for kids to play with, but those issues are just nothing, the figure is nice sculped, the colors and shading very nice and decent, the details are perfect (yeah the tubes are so nice looking and durable), ill just say ... go ahead and get it, is perfect for any power rangers fan collection, hey its Edd i mean Zedd + when is such a good figure is a must.

The lighting collection was a much anticipated series, and this Zedd was a very impressive result of the series. The articulation is great, the sculpt of the figure is great, the accessories are good, and of course the lighting effect makes it that much cooler. Zedd’s actual paint job isn’t terrific, pretty plain, but the actual detail they put into the figure to make it work correctly as far as articulation while maintaining a true to Zedd look is very impressive. He looks very intimidating and powerful, and the figure is great for all kinds of poses. This is a great Power Rangers foe and one of the few available that are good.

I've been anticipating these new lightning collection figures as i am a marvel legends and black series fan, lord zedd here does not disappoint. He's got black shading through out his body which is a nice touch also articulation is pretty nice. Sculpt is also great. I do find that his left knee pad i guess you can call it is a bit off centered and there is a tiny bit of red paint missing from his visor but other then that those would be all the QC issue's i've encountered. Now as far as design, i wish his feet could move up and down more, find them to be quite restricted. The hand pegs are really thin and long so i'm a bit weary when interchanging them. I also feel like his staff should be a bit longer maybe and the default right hand they give you to hold it doesn't really hold it securely i'd say, i find it more comfortable on the extra right hand they give you. Overall i'd definelty recommend this lord zedd figure.

Great detail and design. Very strong body and well made.

Received in good condition. Box was bubble wrapped. Figure is very stiff, this is to ensure that the tube does not break when overextended.
