Love the live concert! and the album is great!

One of the Best Soundtracks I've ever heard, Extremely Glad I finally own it on CD.Only problem is the Booklet's in Japanese, Although I do not know if it even received an English Print.I am Pleased as Punch regardless, Thank You So Much!

Splatoon music is always fun to listen to, and this album has the music for the Octoexpansion of Splatoon 2, and the live concert of Off the Hook and The Squid Sisters. You might not be at the concert yourself, but hearing Pearl, Marina, Callie, and Marie hyping up the crowd gets me excited for the music as well!

I do own the first two Splatoon soundtracks, after being introduced to the series with Splatoon 2. I was uncertain about there being an entire soundtrack for an expansion, but the music is honestly fantastic. I think this has seen more play than the Splatoon 2 soundtrack I have. Definitely worth the price for a fan of Octo Expansion/Splatoon in general.

Great soundtrack overall! I received the first printed run 2 CDs (w/blu ray) and the music is in my car non-stop. It is excellent for commutes and travel when you want your inner octo to be free. There were no damages to the product upon arrival, which is awesome for imports, and I got more value than expected from it! Cheers!

A little pricey, but a great soundtrack along with a live show. Came in perfect condition.

Great double cd which features all the music plus sound effects from the Octo expansion DLC and the later Splatoon 2 update. Had to import but it was well worth it. Sadly the bluray is region locked to Asia but honestly just wanted it for the soundtrack plus you can see the concert on youtube or the like. Came in good time and was packaged really well. It's expensive but i now have a complete Splatoon album collection.

難易度的に賛否両論あった「スプラトゥーン2 オクト・エキスパンション」ですが、そのサントラとなる本作は、ゲーム内の音源はもちろん、テンタクルズの魅力を余す所なく凝縮した会心のサントラです。もしかすると本家のサントラ「Splatune2」よりもイカしてるかもしれない。「スプラトゥーン2」発売当初こそテンタクルズは、前作シオカラーズの人気に押され気味でしたが、ヒメとイイダのキャラクター性とイカしたトラックで人気を五分以上に押し戻せたのはなんだか感動的です。これも「オクト・エキスパンション」のストーリーがあってこそかもしれませんが、ヒメのクールなラップ、イイダのキュートなハイトーンボイスというそれぞれの魅力が楽曲構成でも存分に引き出されています。「ナスティ・マジェスティ」はエモーショナルでクール！かっこよいです。余談ですが、ヒメのラップってちゃんとイカ語？で韻を踏んでいるんですよね。やはり「フライ・オクト・フライ」～「フルスロットル・テンタクル(Octo)」の流れは感涙です(CDでもシームレスに繋がっています)。高揚と緊張というよくわからないテンションの中、コントローラーを夢中で握り、音楽・演出・映像が一体となった世界を8号が駆け抜ける――プレイしていたあの高揚と感動が蘇ってきます(ナワバリの演出すごい)。もちろん、その前の1オクターブ上がったナワバリバトルのイントロダクション「ラストバトル オープニング」やバトル後にヒメがぶっ放したメガホンレーザー時の「決着」(「フルスロットル・テンタクル」のアレンジ)、そしてエンディングへの「大団円」など、ラストバトルの一連の流れもすべて収録されています。エンディングで流れた「フレンド・フロム・ファラウェイ」でのヒメのしっとりとしたラップも素敵です。個人的には、ヒメとイイダのチャットで公開されていた「フルスロット・テンタクル」デモ版、ヒメのイケナイ過去？のハードコア「※$%@れたヤツは※$%@して寝ろ[Live]」も入っていたのが嬉しい。ラストの「Bonus Track [After OCTO]」も必聴です。もちろんテンタクルズだけでなく、DedF1sh(設定上)によるステージ曲も素晴らしい。テクノ、チップチューン、ブレイクビーツ、ドラムンベース、アンビエント、ヒップホップ――などなどIDM系全般のトラックが多く、音に詳しい人であれば90年～00年代のWARP系サウンドを思い起こさせ、懐かしくもあります。どことなく沈み込んだ海底世界のような清涼感があり、耳馴染みの良いトラックが多いです。それでいて、DedF1shは一転して「Splattack!」のような前作のメインテーマをカットアップして、バキバキのドラムン調にアレンジするのですから侮れない！ブックレットには、ヒメへのインタビュー、アタリメ爺による「ハイカライブ」のライブレビュー、「ハイカライブ」MCの和訳？などなど、世界観の設定に抜かりなく楽しめる内容です。初回限定盤には「ハイカライブ」の映像ですが、さすがのBDクオリティ。Youtube等の配信よりも圧倒的に綺麗でした。また「Octotune」ディスク2にはライブ音源のほかに「Splatune2」に収録されていたテンタクルズの楽曲も収められているため、このCDのみでテンタクルズの楽曲をコンプリートできます(良心的)。テンタクルズの楽曲はトータルで10曲を超えるため、プレイリストでアルバムが作れそう…！それにしても、この「Octotune」を加えた「スプラトゥーン2」「ゼルダの伝説 BOTW」「スーパーマリオギャラクシー」とswitch以降、任天堂のサントラは名盤揃いですね。

Diese limited Octotune Edition besteht aus drei CDs;Die ersten beiden sind die Octotune mit dem Soundtrack der Octo Expansion und die dritte ist eine Blu-ray, welche wohl ein Live Konzert zeigt.Die Blu-ray kann ich leider nicht testen, da ich zu spät daran gedacht hab, dass Blu-rays region locked sind.. Vielleicht komm ich eines Tages trotzdem dazu :)Auch wenn ich die Blu-ray nicht ohne Weiteres betrachten kann, so fand ich das Design des Albums einfach zu hübsch, als dem widerstehen zu können.Die Octotune besteht aus zwei CDs, die erste beinhaltet die Musik aus der Octo Expansion (Off the Hook, Dedf1sh und Chirpy Chips, Jingles und Soundeffekte) und die zweite sowohl Aufnahmen der Live Konzerte als auch "normale" Aufnahmen von Off the Hook und den Squid Sisters.Das Booklet beinhaltet wie bei der Splatune 2 hübsches Artwork der Alben der Bands und weiteres Artwork. Auch ein japanisches Interview mit Pearl ist dabei.Der Soundtrack kam in einem guten Zustand funktionstüchtig bei mir an, nur eine kleine Kerbe befindet sich auf der Verpackung, aber dem weiten Weg entsprechend (Import) ist das eindeutig zu verschmerzen.Schlussendlich kann ich diesen Soundtrack jedem empfehlen, besonders wenn ihr japanische Blu-rays abspielen könnt :)Ansonsten ist die Octotune allein auch ausreichend... Vorausgesetzt ihr könnt dem super Album Cover der Limited Edition widerstehen ;)

I listen to it while cleaning or just relaxing on the couch. Such a nice CD!

Great soundtrack and presentation, product just as described. Quality on the CDs is superb. Only issue is that the one that I received has a completely busted case, I'll have to replace that.
