Item arrived in time and was exactly as expected. The egg was crushed despite good packaging, but what else can you expect from sending a fragile chocolate egg halfway across the world? Overall very pleased with my purchase - thank you for giving me a taste of home!

Out of date and badly packed
The package arrived dented and it rattled. On opening, there was no Easter Egg, just a big heap of bits of crumbling chocolate with a white-ish bloom. Useless! And too late to return it and buy something else!

Completely broken
I bought two eggs for my kids, one arrived fine, the other is completely smashed and unusable. The packaging is open and chocolate pieces are all over, and it seems I can’t get a refund or return the item.
