This is brilliant for roasting garlic but it is also brilliant for keeping tortillas soft and warm after making. I’m very pleased with this purchase, even though my first order arrived broken. The company replaced it quickly

I cooked 2 large bulbs of garlic in it as per directions. I could’ve probably fit 1 or maybe 2 more bulbs. It’s a very good size. Came packaged very nicely. Would highly recommend.

I grow my own garlic, can roast several cloves at once! I have always wanted one. Discolors with use but that is expected.

.....incredibly well. The first time I used one, I baked a bulb for a batch of spaghetti. When it came out of the oven, I decided to try a clove. Well I ended up just munching the whole bulb's worth of cloves and had to bake a second one for the sauce. I bought this particular one as it holds up to three cloves. I am not at all disappointed with this one.I did however, also buy one made of cast iron and that one works even better. It takes longer to preheat (in fact, you don't preheat for this one) and you turn down the heat after a certain amount of time. So, the cast iron ones are a bit more complicated to use, are heavy and more expensive, but it you can find one and are a garlic connoisseur like I am, I'd recommend that.That being said, this one works fine and is perfect for family use, being able to bake three at a time.PS. Try experimenting with spices.

I love this thing.It makes the perfect baked, glazed garlic.And the scent throughout the house is nice, if you like the smell of garlic.But be careful getting it out if the oven, it will be very hot and let it cool completely before washing it.And don't use soap.

Perfect for garlic lovers everywhere

It does what it's supposed to do very well. Comes out the way you see it on cooking shows - soft and roasted and super easy to remove from the skin. Just squeeze it and it pops out. But, a caveat. It REALLY changes the taste of the garlic. NOT the roaster, just the baking. An acquired taste, I guess. 😊

Funciona rebien, usualmente horneo 4 cabezas, en 40 o 50 minutos ya están listos. Si, es cierto que hay una advertencia que el acabado interior contiene algo de plomo. Mientras no metes nada con mucho ácido, ej. tomates, esto no es ningún problema. Yo solamente pongo un poco de aceite de oliva, sal y pimienta sobre las cabezas ya preparadas y ya. Deliciosos!

The little knob being a wee garlic is charming. You can fit multiple cloves in this baker, rather than one large or two small cloves like most I was able to find. It made a great gift.It comes with instructions on maintaining it and use it to ease anyone's mind of ruining their garlic baker upon first use. Using it is very simple and easy however, cleaning it is as well. Definitely recommend.

Nice for roasting garlic.Good product.

My product cracked all across the base plate in my oven and I only got 8 months of use out of it. Really unfortunate cause I love using it
