Great Drops!
5 stars for the actual drops and that’s the most important part. Does a fantastic job of breaking down earwax and buildup enough to clear it out. The downside to the pack is 100% the bulb syringe. Sure it shoots water in and depending on your level of blockage it can be great. BUT personally I had to get a fancier syringe option with the fancy tip to really force water into the area and help push the wax out. I didn’t want to knock the kit too much for that bc it’s possible the majority of people don’t or won’t have any issue with the bulb. For me personally though and therefore maybe some of you with more common large size blockages I would suggest additionally looking at other water syringes to add to the toolkit after the drops.

Very good drops for ear drum pressure
I have had trouble with my ears for years. (Hey, a rhyme!!) joking aside, I am one who uses cotton swabs daily after showers & I have a love/hate relationship with them. I cannot stand to feel as if I have water in my ears. That being said, I feel that exact way more times than not. I used this product last night & honestly, I think the pressure & itching has subsided. I also order earache drops by the same company but have yet to use them because I didn't really know which to order. If you have a sense of pressure that isn't exactly an earache; I would definitely try these drops. They are worth the money!!

It's ok. Decent alternative to Debrox for mild build up.
I decided to try these drops since Debrox is getting harder to find these days. The product is alright. Easy to use. Helps with mild ear wax build up. Not as strong as Debrox, but more gentle on the ears. Still a decent alternative. It often makes your hearing slightly stuffy a day or two after use (as it says on the box). I like the bottle design. It helps prevent spilling. You also get more product than other brands.

Not sure...
Not sure about this, it could be me being impatience not giving it a chance, but I have tried it several times per instructions and I cant say that I had any luck getting rid of earwax. So, I either don't have it or this product doesn't work. I do use regular Q-tips to clean my ears, maybe that's why, I just thought this would be a safer way to clean the ears without poking my ears with a cotton stick. So I will give this a few more tries until the bottle is empty, but I will probably not buy it again after that. But it seems to work for others so I'd say give it a try, if it works for you, great. This product is cheap enough to give it a try, it just didn't do the trick for me.

Totally agree with others - this works well!
Just like others here, I agree. It works very well. With both my ears, I've been told by my PCP that I had a build-up of wax and while I can hear fine, felt no pain, etc. I wanted to deal with it, and do so naturally. I tried this out and found that it took 2-3 times (AM and then PM, and maybe the next AM) before I started seeing more wax coming out. One ear took an extra time or two. But both had a lot that eventually came out at once. Then... the next time I'd try it literally nothing came out. To me, my ears seem cleaner and clearer for sure. And just as the box said, it took 2 days only. The only thing I'd suggest is that I let the drops stay in for about 6 minutes per ear, and then used the squeeze ball to squirt warm water in my ear about 10x per ear. Doing it multiple times and making sure you get the right angle, etc., allows for the wax to come out naturally. I just kept doing the warm water squeeze ball over and over til it seemed it wasn't really doing anything further. Then just repeated 2x a day for 2 days. Voila! I could see trying it again about 1x every 3 months or so. PS. My wife tried it too and literally nothing came out. So, obviously it depends on your personal situation.

Stops ear aches completely
i kept going to the Dr for ear infectiions getting different anti biotic til one day i woke up deaf and the doctors told me it was permant. I stopped going to the DR cause abviously they are idiots and i had gone to five different ones previously for this. and after this i still had ear aches i stopped one day just dying and i picked up this. IT Relieves the pain stops it cold and drains out any wax. Ive used it since, get an ear ache put this in and its gone. Period. Havent been back to an ear doctor in over ten years but i keep this on stock in my home.

Ineffective! I do not recommend it!
Followed the instructions and the wax buildup got worse. The drops ran out and my hearing didn’t get better I could hear less after using this. Had to purchase another company’s drops and was able to hear better within the second use.
