This has amazing flavor and value. It adds a great deal of flavor complexity and refinement to nearly all asian cuisines, although it reminds me most of expensive Japanese restaurants.

This will transform your cooking. There is American style weak watery soy sauce and there is real soy sauce - bursting with flavor! This is the latter. If you need reduced sodium soy sauce, add filtered water (which is what the American vendors do!)
