Great buy realistic companion amazing therapeutic pet
I got this for my grand daughter who has autism and adhd she loved it highly recommended for the elderly and special people especially autistic people wish was half the price but was well worth it amazing therapy dog for not just seniors but also just anyone she uses it daily and for emotional support she needs it because of her autism and adhd it sleeps in a dog bed next to her bed in her bedroom my favourite part of her reaction was when I said dose it feel like you were meant to be together and she said yes just Perfect pet we get reports from her parents. Every day we get a report from her parents they say that she uses it an astonishingly. 4 hours on school days and 9 hours on the weekends. And she is petting her little dog baby right now because. It responds to her movements sound and touch. Just purely joy I am jealous myself

Incredible
A very lifelike ‘companion’ for anyone wanting a pet without all the hassle and cost of owning a real one. This puss does a lot of things that real cats do such as: washing his paw, rolling over for tummy rubs, turning his head and twitching his ears, as well as blinking his lifelike eyes at you. He sighs as he’s falling asleep and upon waking up again. He has several different meows which are all very endearing, including the most realistic purr which vibrates through his fur like a real feline; all in response to petting or movement and changes of light. RoboCat will even call you vocally with a series of trills and meows in the middle of the night, if you leave him switched on! He seems to be on some kind of long timer. However, there is a Mute or Off switch if desired. The slight whirring of the servos is minimal and doesn’t detract from the realism that a toy of this sophistication brings. I find him quite comical actually, he really is a very entertaining pet. The body is unique in that you can feel an inner ‘skeleton’ similar to a real cat, underneath all that fur, which extends throughout the entire body, the limbs and down to the paws. The weight is similar to a real cat and it’s soft in all the right places; it certainly doesn’t feel like a ‘brick’ as one reviewer described it. Even the tail, which someone said is merely two strips of fabric sewn together, isn’t as bad as that. Yes, it’s not stuffed but any filler would make it too stiff and the fur and fabric used give it enough substance to feel like a proper cat’s tail. It’s also designed to drape nicely and tapers at the end so it hangs convincingly. The fur is quality and dyed to mimic a real cat’s markings and it’s very fine textured and soft feeling with a nice length. I would advise brushing it often, with the specific brush provided, to preserve the fine appearance; don’t use a normal hair brush which tends to pull out the fluff. Someone thought the fur so realistic they were worried it might be real but the label clearly says it’s polyester. The battery housing is well hidden beneath the label on its underside and secured with velcro and it’s not difficult to open. I’m impressed with this robotic cat and think the Company have excelled themselves in providing a realistic, highly interactive toy at an affordable price. I will end by sharing some of the attention to detail I particularly like, one of which is his little mouth - a true red colour which includes a pink tongue and two little white pointy teeth! The eyes have proper eyelids and are a nice cat-like shape and emerald green. The little pads on its paws, though made from hard plastic (the only downside as they could have made them from a softer material such as rubber or leather) however, are proper pad-like and the correct pinky colour. It’s two floppy back legs are jointed and can be moved back and forth, as can its front paws. The ears are the right shape and realistic looking even on the inside, the whiskers are long and real feeling and the cat doesn’t need to be constantly petted to emit movement and sound on its own. It’s the proper size, weight and feel of an adult cat. In my opinion there is much attention to detail that as a real cat owner in the past, I can vouch for how funny, endearing and lifelike “Joy For All” cat really is. Ideal for everyone, not just seniors. *Some tips for longevity:* 1)I found that when the cat rolls back for a tummy rub, he needs to be on a flat, even surface like a chair, table, or your lap, where he won’t fall off - any RESTRICTION of its movements will cause the motors to whirr noisily and eventually wear out. 2)Branded batteries such as Duracell seem to last a lot longer than the cheaper ones. 3)I don’t really recommend these pets for young children because they are quite delicate, have a lot of moving electrical parts and sensors and won’t stand up to being pulled about. They are designed to be a sophisticated adult ‘companion toy’ or a fun pet for older children. I bought this as company for myself whilst working long days from home, and because I didn’t want a real cat with all the hassle and cost.

Lovely looking cat.
This was bought for our mum who has dementia. I cannot review how she reacts to this cat yet as it ha only just arrived. I will write down my thoughts initially. We chose the orange cat it arrived very quickly on opening the box it made me chuckle as you just see the cats head, body underneath cardboard. On taking out the cat find it already had batteries in ready to go. The switch is underneath in the cats tummy. I was a little sceptical as to what this robotic cat would be like, however it really is fabulous a very pretty face anc feels lovely to stroke. The fabric is so nice. Once you start to pet the cat it starts purring, meowing makeS sighs of contentment. It also lifts up it's paw and rolls over for you to tickle it's tummy. I also ordered batteries as often when things come with batteries run out quickly, so time will tell on that one. If you do not interact with the cat it goes to sleep & you need to stroke it's back to activate again. Can't wait to see mums reaction she loves cats so going this will bring her great comfort. I will update. Although this could be deemed as expensive it is going to be so worth it. The fur is lovely and soft made very well. It does have a slight noise when it moves but nothing that would bother you. Absolutely love him or her ❤️

Expensive but worth their weight in gold if they work properly.
I have now bought 4 of these pups and they are lovely and very lifelike when they work. Unfortunately our first puppy lasted only 2 years and got slower and slower before it actually stopped working altogether. It provided us with some fun times such as the way it got to know the sound of my voice and would automatically bark when it heard me. It reacted to light and also the remote control. I found the heartbeat a little disconcerting as it would suddenly stop, or as the 2nd puppy sounded like it was in a tin can! I was so upset when “Peppa” stopped working that we bought a second one but that only lasted 18 months before it stopped working. My husband wanted me to buy another one to keep me company while he was in hospital which I did but that sounded like a duck each time it moved its head and tail that although it made me laugh, was sent back. So puppy 4 was ordered as my husband died a few weeks ago and it was his dying wish for me to have one. Again this stopped working within 2 days. It still barked but all movement stopped. Back went puppy 4. The puppies are very expensive to buy especially if they are only going to last 18 - 24 months, but they provide endless entertainment when working properly. They require 4 batteries to work which we changed every 2 months or so. The battery case is not easy to access and I found it to be quite a fiddle. Overall lovely gift but I wouldn’t recommend them for young children as hugging tightly can also harm the workings of them. I’m retired and have enjoyed so much the time I’ve had with them as I can chat away to them and they’ll answer in their way. The company just need to make them work a lot better and for longer than they do. What do I do now? Puppy number 5 is on her way to me as my dear husband would have wished.

The cat just purs or closes eyes. It doesnt do anything else. The price is not worth this its not like a pet replacement.

I just adore my cat. Looks real, sounds real and yes, smells like a real cat after a few days of petting it. The meow sounds is uncanny, sounds like a natural cat. When you don't pat the animal for a while and you come to slightly brush your hand against its head, it makes a sigh sound. It sometimes wakes up even if you don't touch it. The only 'flaw' is a click click sound it makes when it flickers its ears and the slight mechanical noise you can hear when it moves the rest of its limbs but hey, it's a robotic cat! This is the next best thing to a real-life cat, especially when you live in a no-pet-allowed apartment. The benefits are that you don't have to feed it, clean it, take it to the vet and when you don't want it to meow, you have a 'mute' button. Perfect for any age! And it does soothe the anxiety just by holding and petting it. Worth the price! P.S. After only a year of purchase I had two replacements directly with Hasbro. Seems the more you pet him, the more the mechanism inside wears out and the batteries are not the issue. It's a drag because you love your pet, but it's like in real life; you need to put him to sleep and get another one. Can't be repaired.

Para a função de doentes idosos interagirem, é muito onconveniente soltar pelos, podendo provocar alergias. No mais, excelente.
