My favorite eggplant
I always seem to go back to Rosa Bianca Eggplant after trying another kind. Rosa Bianca has always been bitter free. It has a nice mild flavor. It is not too big like the purple ones you see in the store, but it is not small like the skinny ones either. It cooks up well, but best of all is has no bitterness. It is harder to find this heritage eggplant so I am glad I was able to find it on Amazon.

They geminated within 10 days in 90 F to 100 F weather. Thank you for the quality product!

These were a little slow to get germinating but I would say I got an 80% germination rate.
