ORCA Women's S5 Sleeveless

I was excited to try this wetsuit because the price was more in line with what I wanted to pay. The wetsuit was nice, felt the quality was there and the overall fit was good (5'8" 133 lbs - ordered a Med) but unfortunately the neck was too tight for me and I had to return it. I was bummed because it wasn't free returns either.

Fit great until it came to the neck. Very tight. Had to return.

The wetsuit was delivered much sooner than expected, in perfect conditions, so I was really happy about that!I bought a size MEDIUM , even though my measurements (163cm/ 59kg) are supposed to be size SMALL. I found the MEDIUM was much much much easier to slip on and didn't affect my performance on the triathlon competition. I'd say if you're at the higher end of the SMALL, get a larger size if you don't want to spend ten minutes squeezing in to the wet suit.

I have purchased two of your Orca Women's S5 Sleeveless Wetsuit in the past three years. I purchased my first one two years ago and it tore terribly around the inner leg area. Nonetheless, I found it to be one of the most comfortable wetsuits I have ever owned so I purchased a replacement. Although I love the comfort of the suit, I am devastated by the lack of durability. My replacement developed a 5 inch tear from the seam of the outer thigh after only 3 uses. I have a triathlon coming up in a week and I simply refuse to purchase another suit this late in the season. I would love to stay loyal to the brand but thus far have been extremely disappointed in ORCA's quality and durability. I own a blue seventy wetsuit but it is nowhere near as comfortable as my ORCA. I really wish ORCA made better quality suits.

I took a big chance here, having never worn a wetsuit for tri's before (just snorkeling). I friend raved about her S4, saying she'd rented other brands and found them tight in the neck. True to what she said, the Orca S5 fit is amazingly comfortable. Definitely no neck restriction. And it is easy to take off, even for a novice like me! As far as fit, I am right at the transition between Small and Medium, but since I have a longish torso and short legs, got the medium. Definitely was the right decision. For what it's worth, I'm 135lbs and 5'5". If you are new to wetsuits: be sure to keep the Velcro cover piece in place when you're storing / transporting the suit. I forgot and that Velcro kinda chewed up the surface of the suit. No biggie though.
