Powerful little device! I got this to record arguments my teenager and I have-so I can play them back and see how silly we both sound. It's small enough that I can hit record and he doesn't even know that I am recording. Play back is crystal clear and funny to hear ourselves! I like that it's small enough and not bulky. It would be great for classroom recording.

So, the recorder picks up audio very well and I have recorded three lectures using this device. However, on the third day it would no longer record. It turns on and you can view the contents when it is plugged in, but it has stopped recording.

Good stuff

This small voice recorder may look tiny but it provides a great quality sound. It produces clear, understandable audio. The battery life was great as it was used for recording conversations in meetings and other office settings. With the 8g storage we were able to store all meetings for the day. It was very small and fit perfectly on my key chain and no one knew I was recording.

I liked it that it's small and has clip, but quality isn't great at all. I tried recording on a soft-spoken person within 1-2 feet distance, when I replayed the recording, the device cuts several words out of her (she talked for ~25 mins, the recording was only 16 mins). It takes several plug & unplug effort to get it recognized in my Windows 10 laptop, and I'm worried it'll fail totally someday. The user manual wasn't written in good English, a bit hard to understand in some part. I wanted to return it, but I couldn't find similar one that's small and has clip, and I also need to use it everyday, can't go without recording device at all for my safety.

Great device but no instruction how to set up the date and time.

I turn it on and set it down, it records for a couple minutes then the recording stops. There's no indication of how to turn voice activated recording on in the manual, I don't think it has this feature either.

Received the product have not used it, I did charge it up, it does work. It will serve my purpose.
