60A Drum Switch Forward/Off/Reverse Motor Control Rain Proof Reversing

The terminal set up gives a lot of versatility when wiring the switch. all connections from the power source and motor can be easily done in the switch. I would deduct one star for the color but that wouldn't be fare! I painted my switch dark gray to match my lathe!!! The switch has a very solid feel and the detent is firm. I don't think there is much of a chance to bump it on! FOR THE PRICE IT IS VERY GOOD!!!

This is an easy to use drum switch. I have found it to have enough room for the three wires per side i am using . Wish it was little smaller but works for my lathe.

The switch part works fine; the enclosure is kinda cheesey. But it may be wathertight for a while if assembled carefully and handled carefully. No instructions for wiring; I was able to wire a single phase reversing motor through it, but it took two tries. And I did this sort of thing for a living.

A bit of a pain figuring out the wiring but it works perfect once wired correctly for reversing a high current single phase motor.

Used it to control a horse walker. Very poor illustrated schematic.

I put this on a riverboat work the winch for my anchor and it works just great!

I installed this on my 80's Jet lathe after the push buttons wore out. It works great, and I havent had any issues with it.
