I got this for my wife for Christmas and it was a big hit. There was a little hiccup when she thought the power bank would t charge but after contacting the company it turned out to be user error. They were very quick to respond and extremely helpful.

Absolutely love these for international travel. Does exactly what I needed. A ring for keys, and a little more space for eyeglasses would make it perfect.

I have a Samsung note 8. I had to order a special adapter. This battery does not charge my Note 8. I am traveling in Italy and have a battery that does not work. Do not order if you have a Note 8. Otherwise case is good.

I love it so much and am very excited to use it in a few weeks!

The charging battery part all work fine however the zipper was broke when I got it so can't close the pouch. As I need it for a trip on Monday overseas, I don't have time to return it...

Phone charger is not compatible with any phone I could find but the rest of the product was great.

Love this but wish it had more slots for credit cards and ID’s.It’s one of those products that you may not use often but you will be darn glad you have it when there is a power outage or while traveling and all the plugs are being used to recharge your phone during the long waits at the airport.

We bought 2 of these as gifts for our friends. Both have started using them on a daily basis and not just for travel. Have no idea of their durability but our friends love them!

But note; if your going to include the powerbank let people know.
