I started getting Ranauds symptoms (hurts like hell in finger tips) due to poor blood circulation. To my surprise these worked! Glad I bit the bullet. You probably won’t notice better blood circulation unless you have poor to better symptoms. It’s not something you typically can feel. So if you don’t “feel” a difference.
