Belovéd 3956 (Yaoi) Kindle Edition

Looking at the image i was expecting a manga, but instead i got a story... The story was interesting, but was very short. This was free for kindle, and so i tried it on my computer(a Chromebook). This was my first time reading this genre, and so i can't compare it fully to anything i have read before. i felt after i finished it could have been longer(but i didn't have an option to pay for it as there is only a free kindle version showing for me at this time so i can't rightfully complain about how short it is).Some parts seemed sweet, but it was a little hard for me to wrap my head around the story setting and Malachi. Maybe since it's yaoi i wasn't supposed to be analyzing it so much? My brain can't help it though. It was engaging, so it wasn't a drag to get to the end. Like any book, once i started reading i had to finish. i don't know how i found this, or why i ended up reading it. Since i did i wanted to review it from my honest standpoint thpough.

To me the characters here were just unlikable. I knew I was supposed to be rooting for them to get "back" together, but I just didn't feel a real connection between them.Also this could have used a more skilled editor. It wasn't unreadable, but it was distracting at times.While the premise of a God falling in love with a mortal was intriguing, this just didn't click for me.

War is again declared against a primitive world's inhabitants, nothing personal just a demigod doing his job. He was created to help the human race survive themselves, but each of the seven empires has one special person created to be their avatars. If the avatar wins the demigod must serve that ruler until his next time to slumber, if the demigod wins every able bodied citizen must mine the crystal he lives on til his next time to rest. This germaphobic demigod has been doing his job for a long time, the only thing that makes it bearable is his love of one of the avatars, his beloved. One of the other Empires he captured his beloved and brain washed him, this is a sweet tale of what love can do.

I am new to both reading and writing erotica, but I must say that titles like this are a welcome change of pace from my usual fare.This story has enough elements like action, fantasy, and sadistic themes to appeal to the side of me that loves the more aggressive fiction stories I typically read, when I am not reading philosophy or religious material. There was some sex scenes in it, but not so much as to where it saturates or bogs down the plot.As dark and gritty as it was overall there were also a few parts that (I thought) were absolutely adorable, and were (dare I say) romantic.

I was mildly disappointment with the rapid transition of the uke from brainwashed beast to willing submissive, but otherwise I feel the element of the forbidden union and its limitations was interesting enough to override my stroke of disgust for the engagement at the end of this segment.

This isn't a favorite of this author's work, but it's not horrible. It just didn't draw me in the way some of the other books do.

I kinda knew what I was getting myself into. But even though the story was short, the writing was strong. A nice quick fix for any yaoi fan. Still a bit shy reading certain parts. But it moves so quickly. And it can be a bit predicatable though, but still worth a read.

Wow this book really kept me on the edge of my seat. I was completely captured by the word building of the world and the history of the humans and Gods. Sad but triumphant ending.

interesting story in a unique world. brought the next two in the series. would have enjoyed it being longer but as a stand alone story ot worked well and thats why i brought the next parts. have subscribed to authorwould have liked less adverting within the book. i felt it could be condensed down to a couple of pages rather than to advertise every single book. it makes the length of the story misleading which is why i gave it 4 stars but a very good little read.

Abraham wrote this really well and I was entranced by the words on my reader. Some of the story line I felt moved a little fast, and as it was all connected, I feel like splitting this into smaller sections might have helped the reader understand what was going on a little bit better but other than that, it was well done.I think during the sexual scene, the speech of "ah! oh!" could have been skipped and more description could have made it flow a little better, but other than that I have no qualms!The characters were well written, although I do feel like they could have been developed a tiny bit better - not that how developed they are takes away from the story.I really, really enjoyed this and I'll probably read this again at some point!

I got this from the graphic novel section of Amazon and it isn't even a graphic novel.Not really my kind of thing tbh

A total waste of time and money.

Nothing to write home about. Boring
