DG SPORTS Point Deep Tissue Massage Foam Roller for Therapy, Orange, 13"

I have only owned one foam roller before this. The foam roller I previously owned was entirely foam and was disfigured after about a month making it useless. After that experience, I wanted a foam roller that was not entirely foam and instead had a hard tube in the middle. This foam roller blew all my expectations out of the water. There are some reviews saying that the PVC Tube will crack, but I have had this product for almost 1.5 years and it has not cracked despite my continuous use. It is important to note that I am around 160 pounds so if you are significantly heavier, I do not know what will happen. An important thing to note is that this foam roller is quite hard and if you have never foam rolled before, it may be quite painful. I suggest either starting out very slowly or using an all foam roller to loosen your muscles up before you use this. With that being said, after you get used to this, it will be the best foam roller ever. I have had this foam roller for 1.5 years and I can honestly see this foam roller lasting my entire life. It is of great quality and a great product.

This foam roller is a lot bigger than ones I have used in the past but it does the job. I have a lot of lower back pain due to medical problems and it's so hard to get comfort. With this, I can help stretch my spine and get a nice massage to the area easily and effectively. It does take some getting used to to properly adjust myself on it but once I do it's a nice relaxing time. It's also great for doing sit ups on. It's great to balance on and to tighten my stomach area. I like this not only for stretching but also for some light exercising. Since both the orange and blue are on the same listing I'm editing this to review the blue 24" roller as well. I love the blue roller, it's much longer and very easy to use. I don't have to worry about falling off of it while I'm using it on my back. It's very comfortable to use and definitely helps with my lumbar back pain. My husband tested out the 24" blue roller and he said it helps pop his back. Now he can get the relief he needs without going to the Chiropractor. So both the orange and blue foam rollers are fantastic and I love both of them. *sample provided*
