This is a nice sturdy case, but has a couple of major flaws. The first is that it’s practically impossible to feel the power, on, off or bing buttons on the side of the case. There are ridges along the entire side which makes it practically impossible to figure out which ridge is the actual button. I used a sharp knife to cut a couple of grooves on the side so I could locate the buttons under the case.The second issue (for me) is the ring on the back. I was hoping to use this ring to help me hold on to the phone, but the awkward location and the large size of the ring didn’t work out for me. Plus the ring is made from metal, which made it even a bit painful on my finger.On a positive note, this appears to be a very sturdy case for a great price. This case may work just fine for some right out of the box. I’ll keep mine for now....until I find a suitable replacement anyway.

I ordered white for starters, I'm not sure why red was sent, I think something to do with how the page refreshed, but I wanted white.. also its bulkier than I thought or care for. My phone looks so body and not even like a note 9. I also don't care for the way the ring on back feels.

Very good protection, my phone case accidentally fell from the bed, the phone was not broken, and the phone case did not appear scars.I may not buy it, I feel it can be used for a year.
