Can i fill this with gasoline and pressurize to 165psi and use it as a flame thrower to light my charcoal grill like a boss?

You don't need to use gasoline to do this. wd40 works fine. If you remove the inner-nozzle atomizer to get a long stream, just mix in just a little bit of acetone to help ignite better.

how is it pressurized?

Compressed air from a tank or compressor. It as a schrader valve on it it just like a tire. So you fill it with fluid and then pressurize it just like a tire. It will accept 165psi.

Can the stream from the nozzel be adjusted?

The spray pattern is not adjustable.

Will it spray motor oil?

Never tried anything with that type of viscosity but I don't see why it wouldn't think there would be an issue spraying oil.
