I used it one time and it worked. The next time I tried to use it, it wouldn't work. I tried different phones and everything. It's just too cheap to last a long time.

It showed up on time and as advertised. Can't ask for more than that. Works great at my desk at work. Love handing it someone to use too, the look is classic.

Easy to work around my house while I talk....and I can keep my cell phone in my pocket... Sound is clear...no issues with this item.

Calls cuts in and out despite being plugged in securely. Seemed to work a short time and then began having these issues. A waste of money and now return time is over.

After four days' use, the jack began to lose connection frequently, more and more consistently. I loved it while it lasted! I returned it for a prompt, courteous refund.

Worked for a couple days then quit. Wanted a replacement but wasn't an option. Couldn't ship return in time to get credit bc of other circumstances.

Excellent product, excellent quality."Old School" retro. If your looking at this handset buy it, you will be glad you did!
