Strong and Sturdy 36" Universal Winch Mounting Plate with the Capacity to Hold 8000 to 13000 Pounds

Looks like a sturdy mounting plate, have not been able to mount the Smittybilt XRC 9500 winch I bought because it was missing parts. It could have been made wider the winch fits onto the plate with almost no room on the sides.
