Worth more than the $9 I paid for it, love this on both of my bikes.
I should give this 5 stars on value for price alone, but the small pannier bags that unfold out of the side pockets aren't sewn on very well and I wouldn't trust them with much weight at all. I love it enough to own two of them, though! One of my bikes has an inexpensive Ventura Universal rack with a spring clip, and I just slide this bag's straps over that spring and I'm done with securing it. Sweet. My other bike (pictured) has an Iberia Bike Carrier Rack for Heavier Top & Side Storage and that has no spring clip and a relatively solid bottom, so securing this bag with the provided straps is a little trickier but not a huge deal. I cut the stitching and removed the fold-out pannier bags on the second one of these that I bought, because I just wanted the zippered side pockets to be empty for my stuff and I own a set of good pannier bags for that bike. Pictured here, with this trunk bag fastened on top of the large pannier bag set (M-Wave Amsterdam Double Bicycle Pannier Bag).

Meh.
I thought I had ordered the exact same bag that I had before my bike was stolen, by I believe this old guy that lives down the street. I've seen him snooping around the neighborhood, snatching stuff from other people's trash and looking in the back of their truck beds and in their windows. I'm pretty sure he has an accomplice somewhere. Anyway, I think this old guy stole my bike along with this bag that was attached to it. My bag had a velcro strap that looped around the bike seat. This one doesn't have that. Instead, it has two velcro straps that loop around the bike rack. The velcro isn't that great. I've only had it on their about a week, and already the velcro is failing and started to peel away from the bag. I might have to get some industrial strength velcro just to tighten it up. The other two velcro straps on the bottom aren't really long enough to cinch it down tight, so it's kind of wobbly. And there is an elastic band on the cup holder that I attached my clip on backlight, and that has torn completely off. If I wasn't so cheap, I would have spent my money on a better bag, but it does that job for now with a few additional tweaks.

Great product especially for money
Bought it for my motorcycle because I did feel like paying $50 for a motorcycle specific bag and didn't wa to go everywhere with a backpack, attached it with bungee chords and so far it works well. Even at highway speedsHas enough room in the center pocket for a few water bottles plus phone wallet and keys. The striping is EXTREMELY reflective which is very nice so you can be seen. There is also a rain cover tucked in on the bottom. This was a clever design although I do not yet know how effective it is.The bad: kinda don't like how it has the big extended side pockets (maybe there was another version without them that I didn't see but I didn't realize it had them until I got it), Wish those were removable. The pocket for a water bottle on the back is useless. Too short for any water bottle, and the string can't k any tension.Overall, for how cheap it is ($8.00 for me at time of purchase) can't comp at all. Does what it needs to with some awesome features and am honestly impressed with it. Totally worth the buy. I think I'm going to buy another one for my bicycle

OK, Guess I Could Be More Satisfied!
It's just the size I was looking for, even though I didn't know it. I started out shopping for a small pannier but could not find anything that was smaller and reasonably priced. When I saw this, the price was right so I ordered two. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that not only did it expand upward but the side pockets each contain a folded up PANNIER! I got what I was originally looking for plus a rack bag. Perfect for holding clothes or shopping items.Update: this little bag has REALLY increased the utility of my street-converted 29'er mountain bike. I use it almost everyday. I used to use bungy cords and canvas bags but this is so much easier and carries as much as I need. And because it's not huge, I can carry a small cable lock and extra clip-on rear light and not even notice it's on the bike. When it's cold, I start off with more clothing and then as the day (and I) get warmer, down goes the pannier and in goes the clothing. If you want compact convenience, this might be it.

Has good strong zipper "teeth" and pull tabs
Used it for about three months.Has good strong zipper "teeth" and pull tabs, but the bendable eyelet on the zipper tab clinch opened enough for the pull tab to go free. I re-inserted the pull tab and closed the eyelet, but need to glue it shut.I did not need all room afforded by the options of the bag, so I cut out the fold-able side bags to make more room in the side pouches.Top pouch has room for all repair tools, air pump, and weather gear. Side pouches are for food and flashlight. For those of you concerned about the possibility of losing the easily strapped-downed bag and/or bottle, the Solution is to strap a bungee cord diagonally across the top; so, a single cord holds down both items.

The stitching that holds this bag together is very poor. I used bungee cords to strap it to ...
I bought this bag for a 300 mile bike trip. 2 days into the trip one saddle bag tore off and landed on the road. It was not loaded down heavy either, a few socks and shirts in it. The stitching that holds this bag together is very poor. I used bungee cords to strap it to the bike. 3 stars cause for the price it's what I expected. A friend had the same one and his made it the whole trip with no issues other than the stitching wears out quickly. Decent bag for the price, I would definitely buy some bungee cords to help strap it down from bouncing and tearing.

Super bag for the money if you adapt it.
I like it and you can't beat the price. I was surprised to see the extras included, the pannier bags that fold out plus a rain cover stuffed in a bottom compartment. I don't need either of those and cut out the bags and the rain cover. Even without those its a good bag for anywhere near the money. Several folks in my bike group are going to order them also.9/16 addendum: Maybe the window of opportunity has passed, they're now listed at $17 instead of the $9 that most of us paid.
