This model number was purchased and put on machine originally and it was a 3 pole switch for 3 phase use... It wore out after 21 years which was no problem... I ordered the exact same Dayton pat number and it came in as a 2 pole only for single phase use... Watch out for the change without changing the part number or even adding a revision number!
