Everything works and it's very easy to use
This was my first ever airbrush. Everything works and it's very easy to use. Two things I had to figure out initially was that the paint NEEDS to have the consistency of milk or lighter. It says this in the manual but it's something you have to get a feel for when you are preparing your paint. I suspect this may be the problem that some people are having when they sate that the suction isn't sufficient or the brush doesn't seem to work. If the paint isn't the proper consistency then all you get is air and maybe some sputters of paint. Get it right though and the brush is awesome. The other thing I had to figure out is assembly and dis-assembly for proper cleaning. It's also very quick and easy once you understand how to properly do it but at first it was a little nerve wracking for me. The brush is very well made and the parts are very fine so you might, like me, be afraid to break them initially but it turns out that they are pretty tough so with care and practice everything comes apart and goes back together without problem.

Great airbrush for the $$
This was the airbrush my Dad had when I was a kid (~30 years ago). I looked at others and they were either too expensive or seemed too cheap to do a good job. I did buy a knockoff airbrush (dual-action) before this since it was very cheap to try(~ twenty bucks), but it seemed to splatter alot which is not good if you really want a nice paint job. I then got this airbrush, and HUGE difference. No splattering, smooth paint flow, easy enough to clean. Kept my air pressure around 15-20 psi. I was already familiar with this airbrush since I used it many times as a kid and my Dads old one still works after 30+ years too and basically the exact same design/parts. As I learned with my dads, be very careful not to damage the needles when assembling or disassembling the nozzle. Once the needle point gets bent, it is ruined (but not that expensive to replace). This is a great deal and great airbrush for someone who just wants a good one for painting models or other small hobby items plus it will last for years with good care. I only used this with enamal paints for plastic models and only really needed the medium (size 3) nozzles, even though it came with 3 sizes. So if you have other uses for this in mind, you may want to read other reviews as well. No question in the quality of this brush though.

Great single action brush
I bought this brush after first buying a cheap compressor and brush set but cleaning it became problematic. I bought this brush based on vids on YT and found it to be as promised. A low cost, well built brush. I'd heard people say that you really need a dual action, but for me a single is fine, I just adjust the nozzle. I don't do fine detail work, and I don't particularly like all of the working parts on a DA. I can keep this one clean fairly simply, and the results are great as long as the paint is decent. I almost gave up using an airbrush until I got this one.

Air brush, Passche "H" model
I would like to say that for the price they did an excellent job. It does every bit as good by as described on the package. It's a nice single stage airbrush. Cons: it should have included the parts listing and had two more Cups with it. The triggering is a little rough and Harder to control than my Grex Passche Talon Even though those two are a considerable amount more, the honing of the trigger Cylinder and compression release spring in the trigger could be a little better. All in all, this is a nice little rig and it works excellently with thicker paint on large areas of Canvas. I would definitely recommend this to a few friends. If I has any. That were artist.

BEST Equipment for a GREAT price!
A friend who does special effects artwork and Haunts year round recommended Paasche to me. My sister seconded the recommendation, doing make up for characters at the Renn Faire every year (especially fairies). I read tons of reviews on less expensive brands, and they all came with the price of being prone to clogging, and usually, demanding total replacement. THIS kit is PERFECT! I did need a little adapter for $2 from the hardware store to hook it up to my own big ol' air compressor, but I LOVE it! Has everything you need to begin! Easy to use. Great instructions! Take some time to get to know your tools before diving into your project, and you'll be amazed. This is so great and worth every penny! I strongly recommend this kit, and Paasche airbrush equipment all around! I used Endura body paint. The picture is after 11 hours of wear. It was FLAWLESS all night but I was too busy to get a picture until I got home!

Worth the money!
I previously have a cheap airbrush which never seemed to work properly, right out of the package this worked correctly with minimal adjustment. I love that an actual instruction sheet and parts number and breakdown was included!

Just be careful with the parts when cleaning the unit.
I have been using this model airbrush for plastic models and finer surfaces on r/c flying models. Same basic, reliable model airbrush. much better box! Works well with enamels and acrylics for plastic models, dope and lacquers for the flying models. My last H model survived for years before the fit became flaky following who knows how many cleanings.

The only external mix airbrush that works great for painting areas from 3 square feet to small lines say 1/8 of an inch for detailing. It does need higher air pressures to work depending on the viscosity of your paints, so putting on a wet coat could be a challenge If you use acrylics. I solved that by using retarders to get a wet application. I have used this brush with as little as 15 psi with excellent results and paint thinned to a water like thinness. This brush will do most anything you wish it to as long as you use it as it was intended. This airbrush was not made for fine air brushing that would need an internal mix double action type system to paint stuff like figurines or small scale modeling.ONE OF THE BEST external mix airbrushes for painting radio control car/truck bodies any scale. Pros: Made in america (excellent quality) easy to clean easy to dissemble for a complete clean use any type of paints much cheaper priced than most others with out losing quality and function. cons: a quick disconnect included in the kit would be nice. metal handle instead of plastic would be much better but not a deal breaker.
