Great costume-quality skirt at a good price point. It's a heavy felt, and the decorations are cute and applied well.It's for someone who's a smaller-waisted size 8, and this is maybe a touch big but will be great with a wide belt over the waistband (which is a simple casing with elastic). Lots of room on the upper end of the spectrum - this will easily fit many sizes larger!I'm totally pleased with this purchase. It's being used for a 50's-themed choir show, so I don't anticipate it being used heavily or having to be washed, but it's totally worth the reasonable price.There is an included scarf, a simple strip of lacy fabric, which is nice to have but nothing you couldn't accomplish on your own with a trip to the fabric store and a couple bucks ...but the skirt is not something most people could (or would want to!) make, much less at this price. Total deal if you somehow find yourself in need of a poodle skirt.

Fits great and cute but started pilling the first time I wore it. Really cheap material.

It fit very awkward like one size will fit anyone from a 3-16 so you can imagine it's bulky

This skirt was a great addition to my costume for the sock hop. Looks cute, flairs out pretty well, and fit me really well! I would recommend this to anyone who needs a cheap skirt with short time frame!

Elastic waist makes this Poodle Skirt very comfortable. I received many compliments when I wore this skirt, I highly recommend this item.

If I had ordered a crinoline to wear underneath it would have been perfect but didn't think about it at the time. Looked cute with black blouse.
