I gave this pack of foam paint brushes 5 stars because these foam brushes are a great value. They also save you money from not having to use mineral spirits when using oil based products to clean up, I just throw mine away. Also these do not leave brush marks like even the most expensive brushes will sometimes do. These are also very convenient, especially when you have to to a minor touch up on something and you don't want to break out your regular brush.Even though I still use regular brushes these are very handy for certain situations. With the cost of mineral spirits at around $17 for a gallon, these foam brushes will save you tons of money when you simply throw them out instead of cleaning. When using water based products I will rinse these out with warm water.

hello, if you do a lot of wood (teak) oiling, washing out those expensive mohair fine paint brushes after all of your hard work is no longer a problem. you will never get a loose hair drifting on to your hard work. these foam paint brushes are just what the teak oil master ordered. we have tried many regular paint brushes from the economy brands to the high quality out of this world brushes and they all do the job, but the clean up afterwards is such a pain in the bucket, that it is not worth the effort. so, using these foam brushes still gives you the fine coating of teak oil and it does not leave any residue during and after the job. they are inexpensive and can be disposed of easily. this pack has a variety of sizes which makes any job easy and simple. if you need a 2 inch brush and all are gone, just use a sharp pair of scissors to make the larger ones smaller. a great product and delivery.

The quality of the brushes reflected the extremely low price. The first brush I used, the handle snapped off in the first few minutes of use. The handles are wooden dowels, which are sturdy enough, but the dowel ends at the foam, and a piece of plastic that has an insert going up the dowel and down into the foam snapped off right at the end of the dowel. Unfixable. I was using the brush to spread glue, which is somewhat more stressful on the brush, but for my purpose, the brushes are unusable.

I wish I listened to the reviews before purchasing this. The foam is not dense like the other foam brushes I used to own. So, there is gaps in between the foam making a coarse brush, leaving streaks all over my polyurethane finish and it looks horrible now.

I used the whole pack on my small bathroom. I gel stained my cupboards of 2 large and 1 small under the sink cupboard and 3 small drawers. The sticks kept falling out of the sponges which would cause a mess if they fell on my floor. They got the job done, but I would not purchase these particular ones again.

We all need sponge brushes from time to time. If it's painting a room in your home or doing a crafting project these are a must. Sometimes a regular brush doesn't do the job. Maybe you want a smooth finish without brush strokes. Maybe you want an even finish were what you are applying goes on the same thickness over the entire surface your working on. At any rate I thought these were a great product because of the different sizes in the bag and the price was super great.

If you need a little brush or 10 to do a little bit of painting this set will work very well for that. This pack of foam paint brushes are very basic but get the job done well. I ended up not using all of them since there were so many, but the price when I purchased them was very reasonable. The handles aren't particularly strong, but they worked well for what I needed them for which was mostly for doing touch up painting around the house on canvas frames. I'd recommend the brushes in this set for light household use or for use in craft projects, but not as something you'd want to use for a significant amount of painting. So, don't expect the most amazing brushes you've ever encountered, but a useful set that should serve the purpose of basic painting needs.

Very sturdy, durable and spread the paint very well. I have always preferred these to a traditional paint brush. Highly recommended!
