Woke up to the sound of my MacBook pro starting and stopping charging every 2 minutes only to find out this device was connecting and disconnecting randomly. plugged in my USBC charging cable and connection is fine. Thought maybe it was how I had it plugged in so I reseated all connections and it worked for a couple of days. Now it's back to on and off charging. Just past the return timeframe so I'm out of luck I guess. I'll try one of the other options hopefully with better luck.I hate to write a bad review, but this one almost caused damage to my $3,000 computer so I thought others should know.

Positioning it correctly so my new Mac Pro would charge with with my old L-Tip Magsafe 1 adaptor was tricky. It didn't always register as plugged in I would try all 4 positions of the L-tip over and over until one worked. Finally I used my 1->2 adaptor to make my charger brick a Magsafe 2 T-Tip brick, then it worked fine, since the Magsafe 2 connects with no slop around the sides. Probably one of the connections on the box face doesn't always line up with the smaller tip?Perhaps a little bulkier than it needs to be, but I'm spoiled by the very small 1-2 adaptor.

Works ok, gets pretty hot though, I only use this one if I can't find the other one I have.

This thing doesn't work. I tried it on my Apple Screen and Mac Book Pro with Touch Bar. Complete scam.I wish I had read the previous review. Lesson learned.
