Versatile, Sharp, and Easy-to-Use Punch Tool – Great Depth and Excellent Functionality ✅️✨️
I really like this tool because it is very functional and versatile. It comes with ends that allow you to punch both large and small holes, which is extremely helpful depending on the project you’re working on. It also includes measurements in both centimeters and inches, making it very convenient for precise work. The tool is easy and comfortable to use, and it applies strong, consistent pressure, which results in clean and accurate holes. One feature I really appreciate is its greater punching depth, which allows you to make holes farther from the edge—something not all tools can do. On the front, it has rotating wheels with different hole sizes, clearly marked with letters and numbers, making it easy to select the correct size (for example, choosing between size 1 or 2 depending on your needs). The sharpness of the tool is excellent, and it punches through material smoothly without excessive effort. I used it to make cover posts and to add ribbon, and it performed perfectly. The size of the tool is comfortable to handle, and the overall thickness and build quality feel sturdy and well-made. It also comes with an instruction manual in multiple languages, which makes it accessible to a wider range of users. Overall, this is a very useful, well-designed, and reliable tool. I’m very happy with it and would definitely recommend it for crafting and creative projects.

A Crafter’s Dream — Insanely Strong & Worth Every Penny!
This tool is a crafter’s dream! The quality is top tier, and when I say it’s strong, I mean strong. I make layered bookmarks with two thick pieces of cardstock, lamination, plus a plastic sleeve, and this punch goes through it all like butter. I’ve broken several punchers using my bookmark method, so trust me—this one is absolutely worth it. The Crop-A-Dile punches clean holes every time, and I love that it works on so many materials: paper, plastic, chipboard, metal, fabric—pretty much anything I throw at it. It also sets eyelets and snaps with precision, so it replaces multiple tools in one. The sliding measurement guide makes spacing easy and consistent, and the grip handle is comfortable enough for long crafting sessions without hand fatigue. If you’re a serious crafter or run a small business, this tool is a must-have. It’s powerful, reliable, and built to last. I’m obsessed!

Great Tool!
My first crafting hand tool was pliers to apply plastic snaps to cloth diapers. While it got the job done, it took a lot of hand strength and force, it was a bit clunky and it was easy to lose the different dies to be able to apply different size snaps. Compared to that, this tool is a dream! While it might seem a bit heavy, it is solidly built and intelligently designed. The hole punch with the markings for both centimeters and inches with a marker to hold your place was brilliant. The first time I went to punch a hole in my fabric, I couldn't believe how easy and effortless squeezing the handles was. Because of the snap pliers, I was ready to put my all into it, but they closed as easily as closing a stapler. I figured out how to set the guide to hold my place by the time I got to the second hole. Rather than use the dots I marked with chalk on my fabric, I used the guide and they came out perfectly aligned. It was easy to turn the dies for the size and type of eyelets I was using by following the markings on the tool. (I read the directions also, but we all know those will get lost one day, so the markings on the actual tool are helpful.) Once I got everything lined up, squeezed and the eyelet was set! My eyelets were set on a corset that was threaded and worn quite a few times. No eyelets ever popped out or tore away from the fabric. The locking feature is also appreciated as it will prevent my kids from trying to play with it and will be good for while it is stored away. I am extremely pleased with this product and now have a reliable tool to set eyelets on other projects.

A must for paper crafts
Once I actually figured out what size eyelet I was using…I’m a noobie so the measurements took a minute to figure out…I can confirm this is a perfect hole punch and eyelet setter for what I need it for. It’s actually genius. I don’t have a ton of hand strength and yet I found it easy to use. I do only use it on paper so I can’t speak to heavier materials. But I love it. I was a little iffy on the price initially, I was having a hard time justifying spending much on a hole punch. But I’m so glad I did. I recommend. Great product, just take a sec to figure it out and you won’t be sorry.

Blue crop-a-dile works fine
Review for crop-a-dile. After some trial and error, and almost returning it, I was able to get it to work acceptably. I also didn't realize the locking button was slipping into position resulting in the press getting stuck (another reviewer was also having this issue). You are limited to the depth of the press, so for more artsy projects, you'll still need to use a manual setter with hammer. It is convenient to have the two sizes of hole punches and different bases in this all in one tool. There's also some videos online with helpful hints.

Love it!
Love this! Does great at punching thick pieces of paper. I also use it to install eyelets on my handmade book marks. This thing is quite handy. Every DIY’er or scrapbooker needs one of these! It’s so innovative yet simple to use. Worth the price, I’d say.

So many improvements from my 1st Gen!
Update: found my 1st generation cropadile, so I'm adding pics for comparison. The new one is a bit lighter in weight, and I find the new one to be slightly easier to squish than the OG cropadile. I agree with another reviewer about the plastic stoppers on the hole punch sides. Loose, wobbly, not a smooth or straight slide up down the measuring track, and the new one does not lock in place like the original. Overall, the cropadile is a great tool. First, it gets no prettier than rose gold and pink. The cubes are replaceable now, there's a lock to keep it from being sprawled when stored, it's smaller than my 1st generation crop-a-dile and I believe the handles might even be thicker around. I can't find my original one to check side-by-side, which is why I bought this one. But to me, the handles look and feel more like the stout ones of the WAMK corner chompers. I do feel as though the original C-A-D required less squeeze strength. But again, I don't have the old one on hand to test my theory. I just know it was a super easy squeeze to punch holes and set eyelets, and the new one feels like more strength to complete the squish is needed. Because I can't commit to memory what settings to use for the different sizes of eyelets, I punched a hole in the handle cover, set an eyelet and laminated the cheat sheet to keep it with the tool. Hooray for a way upgraded craft tool!
