Poor Aftersales
We bought this machine which worked okay for almost an year, then we faced some problem, since machine is still under warranty, it's being almost 10 days no one has turned up to solve problem, rather their office is giving numbers of small time mechanics who are nothing more than bunch of lies, whatever may be product quality their after sales service is worst to worst, so beware before buying

Horrible after sale service and response from customer care service.
Horrible after sales service. Even during warranty period, company paid no heed to customer complaint. In my case they deliver the machine without any service, saying that they checked machine and its working. But when I check, machine stop after 30 sec. and there is no response from solar industry. Quiet amazing.

Horrible staff....mannerless and uneducated staff
My machine is wid the company for last one month and it has been repaired 2 times and still its not working.The staff on phone says machine chahiye to lene aaojao office pehle paise dejao and machine lejao...humpe ladke nahi.They are completely mannerless.

Rachet wheels worn out twice costing almost cost of the new machine, now again it is under repair, dumped in the garbage bin
