This product met all of my criteria. It feels durable, actual product looks like the image, arrived intact, and on-time. It was simply packed, in a box without a lot of superflous packing material. It's lightweight, came with a carry handle, feels durable, and the stand is a handy feature. What was a bit of a surprise was that the spigot was only loosely installed. I washed the pitcher, then tightened up theplastic nut on the inside of the pitcher on the back side of the spigot. after filling the pitcher up with water, I noticed it was leaking at the spigot. I had to pour out the water, then tighten the spigot nut again, and it still leaked. Upon closer inspection, the rubber washer was not lined up quite right, so I loosened the nut, aligned the rubber washer, and tightened it back up. it hasn't leaked since. There was no note, or instructions contained in the box regarding the need to tighten the spigot. if yours is loose, be sure to align the washer-type seals to prevent leakage. The inside diameter of the sealing washer is just large enough to allow leaking if the washer seals are not centered on the spigot, and the spigot is centered in the hole in the pitcher while tightening. I am happy with the product, so this is a happy ending. Now I don't have to worry about broken glass as a hazard to bare feet and my dog's paws when making my ice tea.

You pretty much get what you pay for with these beverage dispensers. They are not all that durable and if I get a few more events out of them I'll be more than pleased. They are cute and functional. I picked two of them up so that I had a dispenser for cocktails to use on a pontoon boat Birthday celebration. I needed something 'not glass' and really did not want anything too expensive that might get damaged or lost. These were perfect and worked just fine for what I needed. My wife even thought they were kind of cute. This would be great for kids planning to set up a lemonade stand in the neighborhood because you would not have to worry about getting it back. Don't buy these if you are looking for a heirloom kitchen accessory!

We keep this on a high refrigerator shelf without the stand. If I had not been aware of some reviewers experiencing leaks, I probably wouldn't have been mindful that there are two clear rubber washers that have to be in place. They are easy to overlook. They must be tightened in place (but not too tight) to prevent leaks. The spout does drip a tiny bit after dispensing but that is just inherent in this design, I believe. I don't think this will stand up to a dishwasher or boiling water but that's not a problem for me since I use it for cold brew tea. It's a great product for the price.

The logical part of my mind knows this juice dispenser is not really at fault. Yet another part of me wants to stab the thing with a knife and set it on fire before I throw it away. Two instances of having to remove every item from my fridge and sop up apple juice with a towel; dump out the apple juice collected in the produce drawers; wipe off every piece of produce, every block of cheese. I thought it would be convenient for my children to be able to get their own juice, but whatever time I've saved is certainly canceled out by the time I've had to spend cleaning out the entire fridge. Buyer beware I guess. The nozzle is sensitive and if it gets depressed a bit by another item in the fridge it could be leaking in there for a long time before you notice.

We used this to dispense a lemon-basil-prosecco spritzer punch on a wedding trolley ride (in a private rental vehicle) between venues. The jug was small enough to be placed in a box and carried onto and off the trolley, but large enough to accommodate 4 bottles of Prosecco plus the other punch ingredients which we then dispensed over plastic glasses filled with ice. It worked perfectly. The optional stand is a nice feature but we did not use it. The nozzle did not leak over a 5 hour time period. Easy to wash and store for our next adventure.

If you have a large family such as I do and you want a jug that you can put Tea, juice, etc.. in check this out! I love that it comes with the stand its great if I put something sweet in it and I don't want the kids being able to reach it, but on the other hand being able to not use the stand is amazing! FYI don't put super hot water in it though.

I purchased 2 of these beverage dispensers. One worked fantastic and the other one leaked immediately and I couldn't fix the spout to make it stop leaking. It was for my kids class project and so the plastic was perfect, I didn't need to worry about it breaking. It was easy to use spout and the drinks came out slowly, which was great.

Fits perfectly on fridge shelf and I love that the stand sits over the top so I don't have to worry about kids losing it as easy. Very easy to operate. Even my 6 year has no issues and thinks he's a big man like dad and brothers cause he can get his own drinks now

The main container and valve are great once you properly tighten the valve in place so it doesn’t leak.But the stand does not seem to connect very well with the water container.We could not get it to snap into place even when we tried to align the 2 tabs with the 2 slots…they don’t align well at all.Anyway we are happy with container only to be used in our RV.
