Great for baking!
I love this powder! It has a very fine texture which has been excellent for baking (I’ve used it for raspberry macaroons and raspberry buttercream frosting), and has a great flavor as well! Would recommend.

Love raspberry
I used this in my macarons, but couldn't taste it. Very expensive!

Does not incorporate, just makes pockets of powder
I tried to stir this into warm milk for yogurt and it just pilled. I tried stirring it into thickened yogurt for flavor. Same thing. Dropped it into a smoothie and a little bit in a smoothie had no flavor....and there's only a little bit in the bag. Disappointing.

I did not like what a small amount of product there was. I would not have paid the price for such a small package.

no real raspberry flavor
i used this for macarons. just use freeze dried. yes,you'll have to seperate seeds but trust me it's worth it. the product had a bitter salty taste,unlike freeze dried which is bright and rightly tart

Very stron flavour
Really strong raspberry flavor, but as it is added to recipes, the flavour dilutes, so more has to be used. Still really great product.

Disappointing - very little flavor
The package says “Spray Dried”. Value for the money is nil taking into account the weight and flavor.
