Installed 32g (2×16) in Synology 1621+ working well.
Read a lot of reviews here and on synology forums on ECC memory, chose timetec ECC 2x16 because of the greater number of positive 1621/1821/xx21 reviews (like 11 on 2x16) - more that most all others at this price point. Also there was compatibility list in the ad detail so no sweat, no compatibility worries.Memory test from synology assistant passed (5+ hours) no errors. No boot up nags/messages about non-synology memory. Next step allocate 16gb of the 32gb to a couple of VM's (8gb each). Couldn't do that with the stock 4g memory that I will keep and have to put back in if I ever need to get tech support from Synology.Happy Camper saved a ton of money over the way overpriced Synology ECC 2x16 memory - just need to see if it lasts up to the lifetime warranty and USA support. Hope I never need either one.

Works and tested without errors in Synology DS1522+ with original Synology module
The labels don't say ECC, but it actually does have it, as in the description in Amazon. I wish they put it on the label though. They are actually SK Hynix manufacturered modules (has their label) but seem to be also labeled on the other side by Timetec, so maybe they're just reselling it under their brand.dmidecode does show it's a 3200 MT stick with total width of 74 bits and data width of 64 bits (proving it's ECC), matching the Synology module. Of course the AMD R1600 only uses the modules at 2400 MT only.I ran the memory test using Synology Assistant and it passed. Synology also did not flag the module as unsupported.

Works great in Synology NAS
Installed 64 GB (2x32) DDR4 ECC SODIMMs in my Synology DS1821+ NAS, and was up and running in no time. Lots of RAM for running services, packages, and containers. Plex is noticeably more responsive on client devices.

Received SK Hynix memory, works in Synology DS923+
Synology moved to ECC memory and I am pleased to report this kit works in my new DS923+, the chips are from SK Hynix and match the spec ordered. No issues so far. Will update the review if anything bad happens.

3200Mhz SODIMM for Synology RS822+
This is one of the very few 8GB 3200Mhz ECC SODIMM available in Amazon that has the same specs as the Synology D4ES02-4G/D4ES02-8G spec RAM modules. I installed it in my Synology RS822+ and it worked without any issues. I'll put my long tern review/concerns here after few weeks, but so far there is nothing to complain. It just works. If your Synology requires D4ES02-4G/D4ES02-8G spec RAM modules, then this will work for you.

The Right RAM for the Right Price
Recently purchased a refurbished Dell laptop and it needed a RAM upgrade. I’ve bought Timetec in the past for a desktop RAM and this too was 1:1 compatible, same chip manufacturer. Works flawlessly. Highly recommend.

Perfect for new Synology NAS
Got a new Synology NAS and didn't want to pay Synology prices for a RAM upgrade. This worked perfectly.
