Monitor overlap
I purchased these to extend my side mounted monitors out just a bit further, so the edges aren't behind the main monitor. This product works fabulously. However... The hardware that came with this product just wasn't right. Eight M8 screws (Guessing) eight nuts, and only four washers. Since my monitors aren't large, such as for what this product was meant, I'm not complaining. A simply trip to the hardware store for a pack of washers, and viola! Now my side monitors aren't hiding anymore. Probably not the best use for this product, but hey, it works a lot better than the alternative. The brackets came wrapped individually, and the hardware came together in their own little bag too. The box was pretty heavy which only shows just how robust these brackets are made. These will surely hold a larger television without question. I recommend this product for anyone needing to extend the VESA mount to fit larger televisions, or to open a gap on smaller monitors as I did.

It seemed to be a recurring problem with a couple of other VIVO products I've used in the past. Thankfully, VIVO's customer service was top-notch and they promptly addressed my concerns. Although they sent me only four slimmer screws instead of the required eight, a quick visit to my local Home Depot easily solved the problem. Aside from that slight hiccup, the VESA mount adapter plate itself is sturdy and reliable. It securely holds my LCD screen, providing the stability I was looking for. The conversion kit for VESA up to 400x400mm works well and I haven't experienced any issues with it. Seems like a quality product, but my TV has an area the arm's can't fit.
This review is for: VIVO Steel VESA Mount Adapter Plate Brackets for LCD Screens, Conversion Kit for VESA up to 400x400mm, MOUNT-AD4X4. I had to return this because my TV has a protruding square right up against the bottom screw holes. The arm's tip will not fit in the available space. This is the first TV I've owned that is like that, so it's a bit odd. However, the mounts seem like they would work fine otherwise. All the hardware was correct and the installation was relatively easy. I liked the flexibility of this kit, but I just couldn't use it. I've ordered several VIVO products and I've been happy with all of them. Would recommend the brand.

Used for RV mount extension
Used this to make an RV adapter fit a 43" tv. If you have a drill and a slim amount of common semse you will be fine.

Poor QC.
Tolerance/QC off and would not correctly align to a VESA Mount. Ordered a Mount Adapter from a different manufacturer that aligned perfectly.

Works. Doesn't come with screws for your specific TV, you need to buy those. But does the job.

Got a new TV and the old mount wouldn't fit (10cm but needed 20cm). I found this online and it installed well and was very easy to align with the holes on the TV. It comes with all the screws needed to connect the adapter to the old mount but not screws to connect to the TV. I'd have been fine paying another $2 and getting the screws to connect to the TV

I needed to convert my monitor arm to a larger mount for my 42" monitor. These did the job well. Only thing I would say is that the instructions could be better as it took me a while to work out which way they connected. Got there in the end though. They have securely held it there in place for the last 3 months so no issues there
