Has an Ice maker Lol
Must empty and defrost overnight monthly at least. After consult with the company, all is good with reprogramming of the thermostat.

Excellent condition
Refrigerator arrived in excellent condition. There were not any damage to the packaging. Inspected very thoroughly and did not see any scratches or dents. Refrigerator cools down very quickly and does not constantly cycler on and off like older models.

Great Quality
We have this on our cooks line and it stays cold for us. Very happy so far.

terrible
First one came missing parts. They sent a new one. Freezes all the time and now has a leak in the cooling system. Not sure when and if they can get a part.

Arrived with minor damage and a fan problem.
Despite the minor damage, I was happy with the product. However within a few minutes of it being turned on the fan began making loud clanking noises. I had to turn it off. On the bright side, I called their technical support/warranty people, they were very accomodating and tried to help as much as possible. They were very friendly and professional. Hard to say if its fixable, but I only had it on for 30 minutes and now I am waiting for it to be fixed. That makes me unhappy.

Damaged
When we opened the fridge we found the side was hit by an object, causing 3" dent, unfortunately we couldn't return it because we needed it.

This company is straight BAD, all the products are horrible and the customer service is horrific
