When an Apple Watch and AirPods joined my charging party, I ran out of USB ports and was constantly swapping devices between charge cables. This not only created additional clutter, but things weren't always charged when I needed them. I've got better things to do with my time than manage charging so this wireless charger was the perfect solution!Now:1) All my devices are fully charged overnight and ready for the next day of work ahead and I no longer have to worry about whether I remembered to swap a device to the charger before going to bed.2) No more cables to plug thanks to the fast wireless charging.3) No more having to buy replacement cables for the crappy ones Apple provides.4) It has a large wireless charging "zone" so I don't waste time trying to finding the phones perfect charging position regardless whether horizontal or vertical.5) The Apple Watch sits horizontally when charging allowing it to charge irregardless of the which band is installed - even ones that remain enclosed so prevent the watch from laying flat. I prefer it to Apple's supplied charger which since there's no cable and I get to use nightstand display mode when charging.6) Every so often I can now plug my Apple TV's Siri remote into the lightning charging connector intended for the AirPods during the day to ensure it is always ready to go as well. Again, no more cable clutter!7) All devices charge quickly. Certainly no slower than when connected by cable, and actually it seems faster.8) I have had no problem charging my iPhone XS, AirPods, and Apple Watch 4 at the same time and have not experienced any slowdown in charging.9) Unlike others who've reported problems, my devices don't get too hot. The back of my phone case and Apple Watch barely get warm to the touch, even after being on the charger all night and the AirPods don't get warm at all.*Note - At least for me, the required power supply that plugs into the wall and cable WAS included with the device.As an IT professional, I'm quite picky about the things I buy and have VERY high expectations of them. While I've only had this charger a few days, it's very solid so if it lasts a long time and continues to perform as it has thus far, I am REALLY happy with my purchase! At first, this seemed like an excellent solution to consolidate all the cables by my night table; but after a week of use, I am returning the product.Pros:- It is nicely built, it does not feel like cheap plastic. The surface is made of a material that does not catch smudges and will prevent your devices from slipping.- Had not issues charging my phone or using the AirPods charger. Because I have an iPhone 8 Plus which has a 5.5 inch screen size, the phone can only be charged in landscape (horizontal) mode. This is clearly described in the product description and pictures.- Fast charger (QC3.0 plug) and cable included with the product (which I did use).Cons:- Here is the dealbreaker for me. As many other reviewers have noted, this product does not charge the apple watch. It actually somehow reduces the charge on the watch and makes it warm.I tried many things thinking I was not positioning the watch correctly, but it was always the same. Maybe there is a sweet spot, but if there is, it may have to be too precise to be found.Yes, I did use QC3.0 plug and cable provided, and also tried charging just the watch without anything else.My Apple watch is 42mm, other reviewers have reported better luck with the 38mm; but I cannot confirm this.Since the whole point of this product is to be able to charge my watch, phone and earbuds; I am returning it as 2 out 3 is no good enough. I does not make sense having to buy yet another charger on top of this one in order to charge my watch.It is also very strange that the seller has never addressed this issue on any of the other reviews or Q&A. If this a user error and not a product defect, it would be in his/her best interest to indicate what is the solution. The only "manual" that comes with the product is a 3 inch piece of paper with a few things to avoid and recommending using the QC3.0 plug that comes with the product. There is no even a link to a website for more info or anything like that.

I purchased this product on March 31, 2019. The product worked great for the first month and a half. After that time, I started experiencing problems with the unit. The watch charger would connect and disconnect on the charging base. No matter what position the watch sat on the base, the watch would not charge correctly. After an overnight charging, the watch would only charge 20% and the watch would become extremely hot. The phone charger and Airpod portion of the unit still function correctly.Tonight, I tried working with Amazon on getting a replacement and this was a terrible experience. I was outside the 30 day return period for Amazon which wouldn’t be a problem if I knew who to contact for a replacement unit. I always save the original boxes for all my items with the instructions until the warranty period is up. The box, nor the instructions, indicate who to contact for customer service. When I tied working with Amazon to get the information, it was not an easy experience and they were unable to give me a clear answer on who to contact. So, now I’m stuck with a unit that doesn’t work and no way to return it. Amazon did offer to take it back with a 20% restocking fee. Totally unacceptable for a product that I recently purchased and is still within the warranty period.When the product did function properly, it was very convenient and a great bargain price alternative to some of the other more expensive items on the market. It was nice to be able to charge all of my Apple products at once. What I did learn from this is that the price also reflected the quality of the unit.
